The Warriors really didn’t get off to a good start to their season last night when they were beaten by the Grizzlies at home by 10. However, we think that they are going to get back on their feet in this one and take advantage of a Los Angeles team that is coming off of its biggest win already on the campaign over the hated Lakers. The Golden State defense is clearly going to improve, but fouls and turnovers were the massive problems last night. This is a solid team from top to bottom, especially with Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson making up one of the best young backcourts in the game. Harrison Barnes clearly has shown a spark, and both Jarrett Jack and Carl Landry have proven that they can come off of the bench and be key contributors to the team effort. That’s good enough for us to want to take the points in this one. We don’t really think that the Warriors are going to win it, but we do think that they are going to be able to get to the finish line in front of the number.

Warriors @ Clippers Pick: Golden State Warriors +8.5
Warriors @ Clippers Final Score Prediction: Los Angeles 104 – Golden State 100

The Alabama Crimson Tide and the LSU Tigers are going to square off in Week 10 of the college football betting campaign. Join us here at Cappers Info, as we make our predictions for football for what should be a great game on Saturday.

Week 10 College Football Picks: Alabama Crimson Tide @ LSU Tigers
Date: Saturday, November 3rd, 8:00 ET
Location: Tiger Stadium, Baton Rouge, LA
CFB Betting Odds: Alabama -10
Alabama vs. LSU Live TV: CBS

This isn’t quite the “Game of the Century” as it was last year, but it is a game that is probably one of the most important that we have seen this year for both teams. The truth of the matter is that Alabama might be better off losing this game, just as it did a season ago, because it would avoid having to play in the SEC Championship Game in all likelihood and would still likely finish ranked in the Top 2 in the land. LSU clearly doesn’t have the better of these two teams, but it does have the Bayou at night on its side, and it is virtually impossible to come to Tiger Stadium and win a game here under the lights. QB Zach Mettenberger and the Bayou Bengals have had two weeks to prepare for this game, and just as Head Coach Les Miles came up with the game plan last year that managed to go on the road to Tuscaloosa and pull out a shocking victory, this could be the same sort of a plot this week. Don’t kid yourself, Alabama. This is a game that is not going to be like all others.

Alabama @ LSU Pick: LSU +10
Alabama @ LSU Score Prediction: LSU 14 – Alabama 13

Week 10 pointspreads are out, and here at Cappers Info, we are set to analyze the college football odds for one of the top games on the slate. The Oregon Ducks vs. USC Trojans odds are posted, and we are set to make our CFB picks for another great game.

Week 10 College Football Picks: Oregon Ducks @ USC Trojans
Date: Saturday, November 3rd, 7:00 ET
Location: Los Angeles Coliseum, Los Angeles, CA
CFB Betting Odds: Oregon -7.5
Oregon vs. USC Live TV: FOX

Scholarship limitations might have finally caught up to the Trojans this year. They have a superiorly talented team, but they are in some trouble when it comes to depth as it turns out. Oregon feels like it can turn it on when it wants, though it has to avoid those long stretches in which it just doesn’t find its way into the end zone. You know that Head Coach Chip Kelly has been spending two weeks on this game plan, as it didn’t take all that much to beat up on the Colorado Buffaloes last week, a game in which the team essentially gave up halfway through the third quarter. Last year, the Men of Troy figured out how to pull off the upset, but we don’t think that that is going to be the case this year. There is a reason that the Ducks had dominated in this series over the course of the previous few years, and this is going to be the result again this time around. Don’t be all that shocked if this is an epically bad day for the Trojans.

Oregon @ USC Pick: Oregon -7.5
Oregon @ USC Score Prediction: Oregon 52 – USC 28

5Dimes SportsbookOne of my favorite plays on the Week 10 Saturday college football odds pits the USC Trojans against the Oregon Ducks. These two are going to be meeting at 7:00 p.m. ET at the Los Angeles Coliseum, and I’m going to show you which side to make your CFB pick on for this great game.

#2 Oregon Ducks (8-0, 5-3 ATS) -7.5
#17 USC Trojans (7-1, 3-5 ATS) +7.5
Over/Under 69.5

It really seems to be quite obvious that the Ducks and the Trojans are going to combine for a heck of a lot of points. Sure, we know that this is one of the highest ‘totals’ of the weekend, but in the end, there is just way, way too much offense here to avoid playing on the ‘over’.

What the Ducks can do has clearly been stated. In spite of the fact that they have two full halves of football this year where they didn’t score but a total of seven points, they are still averaging 53.4 points per game, which translates into roughly two touchdowns per every quarter that they play. Take out the second half against Arkansas State and the second half against Arizona State, and this team would be averaging 60.0 points per game this year. Of course, USC isn’t exactly slacking in this department either, knowing that QB Matt Barkley already has 25 TD passes, and WR Marqise Lee literally might shatter every single receiving record in the books after catching 16 passes for over 300 yards in last week’s loss to Arizona.

You all have read my stuff long enough to know that I hate picks like this one. Absolutely detest them. But in the end, these teams combined for 73 points in the freezing cold last year in Eugene, and they combined for 85 the last time that they played here at the LA Coliseum. It’s just too easy to not take the ‘over’ in this game, even if that total were set at 80. Fortunately for me, it is lower than that by 10 points.

Oregon @ USC Tips: Over 70

College football betting fans are running to their online sportsbooks to place their Oklahoma State Cowboys vs. Kansas State bets and predictions, and here at Cappers Info, we are making our Saturday football picks for this encounter.

Week 10 College Football Picks: Oklahoma State Cowboys @ Kansas State Wildcats
Date: Saturday, November 3rd, 8:00 ET
Location: Bill Snyder Family Stadium, Manhattan, KS
CFB Betting Odds: Kansas State -8
Oklahoma State vs. Kansas State Live TV: ABC

We’re smelling an upset in the cards in this one in the Little Apple on Saturday night. The Wildcats are coming into this one on the high of having dominated back to back Top 20 opponents by 31 and 41 points respectively, but the oddsmakers are still only favoring them by just over a touchdown against a very stingy Oklahoma State team. Remember that the Cowboys are arguably a bad call away from being a 6-1 team with a Top 15, maybe even a Top 10 ranking, and they have the ability to get the ball up the field in a hurry. Sure, we know that a lot of these numbers are fabricated from beating up atrocious teams, but RB Joseph Randle and the gang are going to get points on the board, even without QB J.W. Walsh playing. QB Wes Lunt is more than capable. QB Collin Klein needs to see what adversity really looks like, and he is going to get it on Saturday night in all likelihood. This has become the de facto game of the year aside from Bedlam for the Cowboys, and they might be good enough to pull off the upset.

Oklahoma State @ Kansas State Pick: Oklahoma State Cowboys +8
Oklahoma State @ Kansas State Score Prediction: Oklahoma State 35 – Kansas State 28

5Dimes SportsbookOne of my favorite plays on the Week 10 Saturday college football odds pits the LSU Tigers against the Alabama Crimson Tide. These two are going to be meeting at 8:00 p.m. ET at Tiger Stadium, and I’m going to show you which side to make your CFB pick on for this great game.

#1 Alabama Crimson Tide (8-0, 5-3 ATS) -9.5
#6 LSU Tigers (7-1, 3-5 ATS) +9.5
Over/Under Off

Everyone is going to have their opinion as to what is going to happen here in the battle for the SEC West, and I’m not an exception to that. There has been much made out of the fact that this game is being played at Tiger Stadium and that it was LSU that had a bye last week, while Alabama had to take on an undefeated Mississippi State Bulldogs team. It’s night in the Bayou, and the Tigers never lose here in this situation.

But South Carolina did well enough to beat LSU right here on this field just a few weeks ago, and it exposed QB Zach Mettenberger as a fraud. The very next week, those same Gamecocks went on the road and were blasted by a Florida Gators outfit that clearly doesn’t have all that much of an offense. So is the LSU defense as strong as it was last year? Probably not without both of its corners no longer with the team.

So here I am, wondering out loud whether the Bayou Bengals are really all that great this year or not. I thought that they were good enough to beat Alabama in both games last year and was right in one of the two outings. This time around though, I have no doubts whatsoever. The Tide are starting to roll, and they have covered three straight games in the SEC. They’ll get to about 24 or 27 in this game, and if that turns out to be the case, there is just no shot that Mettenberger and the LSU offense have of keeping up and winning this one. Roll with the Tide and lay the de facto double digits.

Alabama @ LSU Tips: Alabama Crimson Tide -9.5

Week 10 pointspreads are out, and here at Cappers Info, we are set to analyze the college football odds for one of the top games on the slate. The Illinois Fighting Illini vs. Ohio State Buckeyes odds are posted, and we are set to make our CFB picks for another great game.

Week 10 College Football Picks: Illinois Fighting Illini @ Ohio State Buckeyes
Date: Saturday, November 3rd, 3:30 ET
Location: Ohio Stadium, Columbus, OH
CFB Betting Odds: Ohio State -27.5
Illinois vs. Ohio State Live TV: ESPN

Laying four touchdowns in a conference game really isn’t a great idea for the most part, and we are going to adhere to that thought on Saturday afternoon. Yes, we know that QB Denard Robinson and the Michigan Wolverines just ripped apart the Illini, and yes, we know that this is the worst team in the Big Ten going against the best team in the Big Ten on the road, but again, four touchdowns is a boatload of touchdowns. Last year, QB Braxton Miller and the Buckeyes scored just 17 points, and they haven’t scored more than 30 in this series in six straight meetings. It’s probably only going to take getting Illinois to 10 points to cover this number, and that shouldn’t be all that much to ask when push comes to shove, though we are definitely aware of the 9.5 points per game that Illinois is averaging this year in Big Ten games as well. Still, take the points and hope that the Buckeyes just decide to not do enough to beat this line.

Illinois @ Ohio State Pick: Illinois Fighting Illini +27.5
Illinois @ Ohio State Score Prediction: Ohio State 28 – Illinois 10

The Philadelphia Eagles and the New Orleans Saints are going to square off in Week 9 of the NFL betting campaign. Join us here at Cappers Info, as we make our predictions for football for what should be a great game on Monday.

Week 9 NFL Picks: Philadelphia Eagles @ New Orleans Saints
Date: Monday, November 5th, 8:30 ET
Location: Mercedes Benz Superdome, New Orleans, LA
Week 9 Betting Odds: New Orleans -3
Eagles vs. Saints Live TV: ESPN

Normally speaking, in a game where there are going to be plenty of points scored, the man that you want on your side is QB Drew Brees. There are only a handful of quarterbacks that you’d rather have, and one of them, QB Peyton Manning, is the man that beat him last weekend. However, QB Michael Vick doesn’t figure to have the ability to hang onto the ball long enough to win this game, and that’s why we really think that this is a nice spot to back the hosting Saints. There are few teams that have been as disappointing as New Orleans, but Philly is one of them. The ship appears to be sinking in the City of Brotherly Love, whereas there is at least the hope that Brees can turn things around and get it going in the right direction again in the Bayou, especially against a division that is turning out to be one of the worst in football outside of the Falcons. The defense for the Eagles has allowed at least 26 points in two straight weeks, and the offense hasn’t scored more than 24 all season long. We expect to see both of those NFL trends hold up this time around.

Eagles @ Saints Pick: New Orleans Saints -3
Eagles @ Saints Score Prediction: New Orleans 27 – Philadelphia 21

College football betting fans are running to their online sportsbooks to place their Pittsburgh Panthers vs. Notre Dame bets and predictions, and here at Cappers Info, we are making our Saturday football picks for this encounter.

Week 10 College Football Picks: Pittsburgh Panthers @ Notre Dame Fighting Irish
Date: Saturday, November 3rd, 10:30 ET
Location: Notre Dame Stadium, South Bend, IN
CFB Betting Odds: Notre Dame -17
Pittsburgh vs. Notre Dame Live TV: NBC

It feels like this 46.5 number is just a tad too high right now for a Notre Dame game. We have seen several teams come to South Bend full of sound and fury, but in the end, it was the defense that ultimately kept teams like BYU, Stanford, Michigan, and Purdue in games, not the offense. It goes without saying that the Golden Domers play some of the best defense in America, though at least the streak of games without allowing a rushing touchdown finally went by the boards last week. Still, taking a closer look at the total points scored in recent Notre Dame games… 43 against Oklahoma, 31 against BYU, 33 against Stanford (with overtime), 44 against Miami, 19 against Michigan, 23 against Michigan State, 37 against Purdue… How in the heck is a Pittsburgh team, one that has an offense that is certainly worse than Oklahoma’s and Michigan’s, going to produce enough points to be able to get this one into the 40s?

Pittsburgh @ Notre Dame Pick: Under 46.5
Pittsburgh @ Notre Dame Score Prediction: Notre Dame 24 – Pittsburgh 13

Week 10 pointspreads are out, and here at Cappers Info, we are set to analyze the college football odds for one of the top games on the slate. The Missouri Tigers vs. Florida Gators odds are posted, and we are set to make our CFB picks for another great game.

Week 10 College Football Picks: Missouri Tigers @ Florida Gators
Date: Saturday, November 3rd, 12:00 ET
Location: Ben Hill Griffin Stadium, Gainesville, FL
CFB Betting Odds: Florida -17
Missouri vs. Florida Live TV: ESPN2

It feels like one of two things is going to happen in this game between the Gators and the Tigers. Either Florida is going to come out irate from losing to the Georgia Bulldogs last week without all that much offense and drop just a ton of points on the ‘Zou, or Head Coach Gary Pinkel is going to design some sort of a scheme to figure out how to get 20+ on the board against the Gators. If either of those things happen, this one should ultimately fly past the ‘total’, which has been set awfully low at just 42. QB Jeff Driskel has some talent, but he needs to figure out how to get the ball up the field, something that it hasn’t done all year long with its passing game. Meanwhile, QB James Franklin hopes to get back on the field full-time after basically just playing spot duty last week in a win against the Kentucky Wildcats, and that should only help matters out considering how inept the Mizzou offense has looked without him under center.

Missouri @ Florida Pick: Over 42
Missouri @ Florida Score Prediction: Florida 27 – Missouri 20

The TCU Horned Frogs and the West Virginia Mountaineers are going to square off in Week 10 of the college football betting campaign. Join us here at Cappers Info, as we make our predictions for football for what should be a great game on Saturday.

Week 10 College Football Picks: TCU Horned Frogs @ West Virginia Mountaineers
Date: Saturday, November 3rd, 3:00 ET
Location: Mountaineer Field, Morgantown, WV
CFB Betting Odds: West Virginia -7
TCU vs. West Virginia Live TV: FOX

Is there really any other way to go in this one but to back the ‘over’? Sure, sometimes if things look too easy, they probably are too easy, but we just don’t see how this one doesn’t happen. The Horned Frogs have allowed 36 points in regulation in each of the last two weeks, and now they are playing against an even better offense. They have shown the ability to score against bad defenses, putting up 36 in regulation against T-Tech and 49 against Baylor. Getting into the 30s means that West Virginia doesn’t even need to hit 40 in this one. Sure, the Mountaineers have scored just a total of 28 points in their last two games combined, but they are coming off of a bye week and should look a lot more like the unit that scored 69 points or more in three of its previous six games before that. This is the first meeting of these two as Big XII rivals, and though we don’t think that it will feature 133 points like the game against Baylor did, 75 or so will more than suffice.

TCU @ West Virginia Pick: Over 68
TCU @ West Virginia Score Prediction: West Virginia 45 – TCU 30

5Dimes SportsbookOne of my favorite plays on the Week 10 Saturday college football odds pits the Tennessee Volunteers against the Troy Trojans. These two are going to be meeting at 12:00 p.m. ET at Neyland Stadium, and I’m going to show you which side to make your CFB pick on for this great game.

Troy Trojans (4-4, 4-4 ATS) +18.5
Tennessee Volunteers (3-5, 3-5 ATS) -18.5
Over/Under 68

This isn’t exactly the sexiest game on the college football rotation schedule, but there is a real value here to the Trojans for sure, and it isn’t so much a play on the Sun Belt reps as it is a play against the Volunteers.

Tennessee hasn’t won a game in over a month, and even when that happened, it came against the Akron Zips in a game in which the Rocky Top faithful were booing the heck out of the team at halftime because of its shoddy performance that resulted in a tie game. The team has been outgained by each of its last four foes, and it really hasn’t played a solid game from start to finish all season long. Now, with Head Coach Derek Dooley rumored to be on the outs, it’s anyone’s guess as to just how motivated the men in orange and white are to really finish off this season in strong form.

On top of that, the Sun Belt has dominated the SEC all season long from an ATS standpoint, and it even has its share of upsets. Who could forget Louisiana Monroe beating Arkansas and then turning around the next week and nearly beating Auburn? Or Western Kentucky beatingKentucky? Or this Troy team nearly beating Mississippi State? The Trojans are 10-5 ATS in their last 15 games against SEC foes, and they certainly are not going to be intimidated playing in a stadium this big in front of this many fans. I’m not saying that the Vols are going to lose, but I will definitely stick them on upset alert when push comes to shove.

Troy @ Tennessee Tips: Troy Trojans +18.5
