Week 11 pointspreads are out, and here at Cappers Info, we are set to analyze the NFL odds for one of the top games on the slate. The New Orleans Saints vs. Oakland Raiders odds are posted, and we are set to make our NFL picks for another great game.

Week 11 NFL Picks: New Orleans Saints @ Oakland Raiders
Date: Sunday, November 18th, 4:05 ET
Location: O.co Coliseum, Oakland, CA
Week 11 Betting Odds: New Orleans -5
New Orleans vs. Oakland Live TV: FOX

The Saints are the squarest team of the weekend, and that’s sending up a flashing red light to us. QB Drew Brees is fantastic, but the one thing that he and his teammates haven’t been able to figure out how to do over the course of the last few weeks is win on the West Coast. The team has only taken one trip to the AFC West thus far this year, and that was a brutal 34-14 loss in one of the worst offensive games that Brees and the gang have played in quite some time. The Raiders have been playing absolutely terrible ball offensively, but the team is figuring out how to score. If that turns out to be the case, don’t be all that shocked if Brees struggles just a bit on the road once again. If he slips up just a bit, QB Carson Palmer and the crew could be good enough to get the job done on Sunday in what would be a shocking upset.

Saints @ Raiders Pick: Oakland Raiders +5
Saints @ Raiders Score Prediction: Oakland 27 – New Orleans 24

The Philadelphia Eagles and the Washington Redskins are going to square off in Week 11 of the NFL betting campaign. Join us here at Cappers Info, as we make our predictions for football for what should be a great game on Sunday.

Week 11 NFL Picks: Philadelphia Eagles @ Washington Redskins
Date: Sunday, November 18th, 1:00 ET
Location: FedEx Field, Landover, MD
Week 11 Betting Odds: Washington -3.5
Eagles vs. Redskins Live TV: FOX

Say goodnight to the Eagles. It’s just too easy to back Washington in this one, knowing that the team is coming off of its bye week against a team that is going to have a quarterback making his first career start. QB Nick Foles might turn out to be just what the doctor ordered for the Eagles in the long run, but he is going against a defense that has been improving quite a bit over the course of the last few weeks. QB Robert Griffin III has just one touchdown pass over the course of the last two games, but he is really doing some fantastic things with both his arm and his legs. The Skins have only scored a total of 25 points in their last two games, but they have played a heck of a lot better than what that suggests offensively. This will be the game when the Redskins finally bust out. RGIII should have a heck of a game, and he is going to put the Eagles out of their misery once and for all in the NFC East.

Eagles @ Redskins Pick: Washington Redskins -3.5
Eagles @ Redskins Score Prediction: Washington 31 – Philadelphia 14

The 2012 NFL schedule is back, and here at Cappers Info, we’ll be looking at some of the best games on the docket each and every week, as we try to make the most money possible off of the Week 11 odds for the NFL. Join us on Sunday, as we make our Green Bay Packers @ Detroit Lions free picks and predictions for what should be a great clash on the gridiron.

Week 11 NFL Picks: Green Bay Packers @ Detroit Lions
Date: Sunday, November 18th, 1:00 ET
Location: Ford Field, Detroit, MI
NFL Betting Odds: Green Bay -3
Packers @ Lions On TV: FOX

The Packers are the heavy favorites in this one, not just in the eyes of the oddsmakers, but in the eyes of the general public as well. Last year, the defense for the Lions had a bit of success when these two teams met on Thanksgiving Day in this venue, and that might carry over into this one. It’s a must have game for Detroit, knowing that it has the Texans coming to town in just five days. QB Matt Stafford has started to look a little bit better as well over the course of the last few weeks, and we would expect that he is going to have a massive game against a Green Bay secondary that, at times has looked suspect. This could be a shootout to say the least, and that really could play into the hands of the Lions. Look for WR Calvin Johnson to have a big one in this one, and we think that there is a real chance for an upset.

Packers @ Lions Pick: Detroit Lions +3
Packers @ Lions Score Prediction: Detroit 34 – Green Bay 28

NFL betting fans are running to their online sportsbooks to place their Arizona Cardinals vs. Atlanta Falcons bets and predictions, and here at Cappers Info, we are making our Sunday football picks for this encounter.

Week 11 Football Picks: Arizona Cardinals @ Atlanta Falcons
Date: Sunday, November 18th, 1:00 ET
Location: Georgia Dome, Atlanta, GA
NFL Betting Lines: Atlanta -9.5
Cardinals vs. Falcons On TV: FOX

This is a game that we aren’t going to read too much into. The Falcons are coming off of their first loss of the year, and they are going to be at home against a team that hasn’t played well at all over the course of the last several weeks. Atlanta is clearly the better of these two teams, and its defense is going to want to get back on track to take down QB John Skelton and the Cardinals. This Arizona offense has been one of the worst in the NFL since Skelton took over, averaging 10.6 points per game in its last five. That’s not going to cut it against a team that has scored at least 27 points five times in nine games this year and at least 19 points in all of its games. Once the Falcons get to 24 in this one, that should be enough to stick in front of this number.

Cardinals @ Falcons Pick: Atlanta Falcons -9.5
Arizona @ Atlanta Score Prediction: Atlanta 24 – Arizona 14

BovadaThe Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Carolina Panthers are set to kick off their Week 11 NFL betting clash on Sunday 11/18, and I’m set to make my football pick for the affair at Bank of America Stadium. Kickoff is set for 1:00 ET, and I’ve got the perfect NFL pick for this outstanding duel on the gridiron.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers (5-4, 7-2 ATS) -1.5
Carolina Panthers (2-7, 4-5 ATS) +1.5
Over/Under 48

The oddsmakers don’t often get matters wrong with two teams that face each other so often, especially in the NFL. This is a game where I am going to bust out the teaser, knowing that there has been just a huge adjustment between these two teams from now and when they played in Week 1.

Of course, I must note that there is no doubt that Carolina and Tampa Bay are both clearly not the same team that I, and everyone else, thought they were this year. The Panthers aren’t significantly worse in my eyes in spite of the fact that they are just 2-7 this year. Tampa Bay meanwhile, is a lot better than the oddsmakers thought, but it is about what I always thought this team would be like.

I also look at this ‘total’ and wonder what in the heck gives with this. The ‘total’ was only 45.5 the first time around, and in spite of the fact that this game was an easy ‘under’, the number has gone up by almost a field goal. That just doesn’t make any sense to me, so I’ll go with the gut of the oddsmakers in the first place, going with the Panthers and the ‘under’ in a same game teaser with a lot of margin for error.

Buccaneers @ Panthers Tips: Same-Game Teaser – Carolina +8.5 w/ Under 55

Of all of the games on the Sunday 11/18 Week 11 NFL betting schedule, one of my favorite is the clash between the Indianapolis Colts and the New England Patriots. Join me for my tips for this 4:25 p.m. ET kickoff that can be seen on CBS.

Indianapolis Colts (6-3, 6-3 ATS) +9
New England Patriots (6-3, 5-4 ATS) -9
Over/Under 54

On one glance, the choice in Sunday afternoon’s showcase game at Gillette Stadium is a relatively easy one. The Patriots have gone 1-3 ATS this year at home, and the three games that they failed to cover all came against teams that were favored by double digits. Now, a 6-3 Indianapolis team is coming to town hungry and looking for the upset. Seems like the Colts should at least be able to stick inside of a nine-point spread more often than not, right?

If that’s what you’re thinking, you’re thinking like the 68% of the betting public that is on the side of the Colts in this one on Sunday afternoon. Of course, it isn’t all that often that you see a square underdog in the NFL, but normally speaking when you do, it definitely is worth noting when push comes to shove. This is a game in which I’m just not passing upon.

The one game that New England did play this year against a team that it really thought it had to compete with, it beat the snot out of the Denver Broncos 31-21. In fact, this is only the third game this year in which the Pats think they are playing a team that could threaten them, and if that is any indication, the chances are good that they are going to be up for this one. The Colts have had the number of the Pats in recent years, including when they came to Gillette Stadium last year as 20.5 point underdogs and only lost by a score. This year’s game won’t be nearly as close.

Colts @ Patriots Tips: New England Patriots -9

The 2012 NFL season is back, and here at Cappers Info, we’ll be looking at some of the best games on the docket each and every week, as we try to make the most money possible off of the NFL odds for the week. Join us on Sunday, as we make our Tampa Bay Buccaneers @ Carolina Panthers free picks and predictions for what should be a great clash on the gridiron.

Week 11 NFL Picks: Tampa Bay Buccaneers @ Carolina Panthers
Date: Sunday, November 18th, 1:00 ET
Location: Bank of America Stadium, Charlotte, NC
NFL Betting Odds: Tampa Bay -1.5
Buccaneers vs. Panthers On TV: FOX

When these two teams met back in Week 1,Tampa Bay was essentially a six-point underdog if the game were played on a neutral field. Meanwhile, the oddsmakers have now lined Carolina at essentially +4.5 when push comes to shove on a neutral field. Have these two teams really proven that they are 10.5 points separated from one another at this point? Carolina has played a lot of tough games, and before last week against Denver, there really wasn’t a game in which the team has been out of it. QB Cam Newton really had a great day throwing the football when these two teams met the first time, and we wouldn’t be all that surprised if he was able to come out and stop the run that Tampa Bay has been on over the course of the last few weeks. There’s just no way that the Bucs can keep this up offensively, as they have scored at least 28 points in five straight games.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers @ Carolina Panthers Pick: Carolina Panthers +1
Tampa Bay Buccaneers @ Carolina Panthers Score Prediction: Carolina 28 – Tampa Bay 20

Week 11 pointspreads are out, and here at Cappers Info, we are set to analyze the NFL odds for one of the top games on the slate. The Cleveland Browns vs. Dallas Cowboys odds are posted, and we are set to make our NFL picks for another great game.

Week 11 NFL Picks: Cleveland Browns @ Dallas Cowboys
Date: Sunday, November 18th, 1:00 ET
Location: Dallas Cowboys Stadium, Arlington, TX
Week 11 Betting Odds: Dallas -7.5
Cleveland vs. Dallas Live TV: CBS

There are two philosophies in this game, though both are difficult to subscribe to. The first suggests that the Cowboys could be on their way to making a great run to the playoffs off of the big win over the Eagles. However, the other philosophy suggests that the team just got fortunate last week against another team that is a true train wreck right now, and matters really aren’t fixed. In this case, we prefer the latter, knowing that the defensive backfield for the Browns is one of the most underrated units in football. QB Tony Romo still has a propensity to throw pick after pick, especially when his team is in a situation to put a team away or to get back in a game. Cleveland has found a way to stick around in every single game that it has played this year, and this is another situation where it should be able to hang within a touchdown or so.

Browns @ Cowboys Pick: Cleveland Browns +7.5
Browns @ Cowboys Score Prediction: Dallas 23 – Cleveland 17

The New York Jets and the St. Louis Rams are going to square off in Week 11 of the NFL betting campaign. Join us here at Cappers Info, as we make our predictions for football for what should be a great game on Sunday.

Week 11 NFL Picks: New York Jets @ St. Louis Rams
Date: Sunday, November 18th, 1:00 ET
Location: Edward Jones Dome, St. Louis, MO
Week 11 Betting Odds: St. Louis -3.5
Jets vs. Rams Live TV: CBS

Is there just any justification for backing the Jets right now in any circumstance? Actually, perhaps there is. Offensive Coordinator Tony Sparano is no fool, and he has to realize the success that QB Colin Kaepernick had in a quasi-Wildcat offense last week. That doesn’t necessarily mean more of QB Tim Tebow, but it could. The odds that St. Louis gets three offensive touchdowns on the board for a second straight week really aren’t all that great, as it was a total shock to see this club post over 450 yards of offense against this defense after doing so against the 49ers. The truth of the matter is that both of these teams just aren’t all that good, and with that being the case, we want the points on our side. We know that it was four years ago, but the Jets did absolutely whip St. Louis the last time these two teams met 47-3. It won’t be that emphatic on Sunday, but we do think that New York is going to figure out how to win this game.

Jets @ Rams Pick: New York Jets +3.5
Jets @ Rams Score Prediction: New York 17 – St. Louis 14

The 2012 NFL schedule is back, and here at Cappers Info, we’ll be looking at some of the best games on the docket each and every week, as we try to make the most money possible off of the Week 11 odds for the NFL. Join us on Sunday, as we make our Jacksonville Jaguars @ Houston Texans free picks and predictions for what should be a great clash on the gridiron.

Week 11 NFL Picks: Jacksonville Jaguars @ Houston Texans
Date: Sunday, November 18th, 1:00 ET
Location: Reliant Stadium, Houston, TX
NFL Betting Odds: Houston -15.5
Jaguars @ Texans On TV: CBS

The Jaguars and the Texans are clearly on different terms right now, and it is going to show on Sunday. Jacksonville has played a lot better football on the road than at home, but this is a situation where the team is going to get crushed. We’ve thought about this one all week long, and after much consideration, we’re going to stick with the hosts and lay the points. Even though it’s a sandwich game for the Texans, they are just the massively superior squad. The team has beaten four foes already this year by at least 20 points, and that includes beating these Jaguars once by a 27-7 margin as well. QB Blaine Gabbert has had nothing going against Houston in his career, and this should be no exception, especially with RB Maurice Jones-Drew still out of the fold. The Texans are 3-0-1 ATS in the last four in this series.

Jaguars @ Texans Pick: Houston Texans -15.5
Jaguars @ Texans Score Prediction: Houston 28 – Jacksonville 10

NFL betting fans are running to their online sportsbooks to place their Cincinnati Bengals vs. Kansas City Chiefs bets and predictions, and here at Cappers Info, we are making our Sunday football picks for this encounter.

Week 11 Football Picks: Cincinnati Bengals @ Kansas City Chiefs
Date: Sunday, November 18th, 1:00 ET
Location: Arrowhead Stadium, Kansas City, MO
NFL Betting Lines: Cincinnati -3.5
Bengals vs. Chiefs On TV: CBS

The Bengals are the square team for sure in this game, and it shouldn’t be considered all that much of a surprise that we’re going to go against them. We really like what the Chiefs brought to the table last week against the Steelers, and we think that they are poised for their second win of the season. Cincinnati had lost four straight games before beating the Giants last week, and we really don’t think that this team is really all that special when push comes to shove. The Chiefs have covered three of the last five in this series, and the home team is 6-3 ATS in the last nine in this series, all signs that bode well for Kansas City in this one. As long as QB Matt Cassel hangs onto the football, the Chiefs should be okay.

Bengals @ Chiefs Pick: Kansas City Chiefs +3.5
Cincinnati @ Kansas City Score Prediction: Kansas City 20 – Cincinnati 17

November 17th, 2012 By Andrew Ryan

Making sports betting picks is one of my specialties, and today at Cappers Info, I’m making my Sunday Football Tipster pick based upon the football trends and NFL odds for the New Orleans Saints vs. Oakland Raiders game on Sunday, November 18th at the O.co Coliseum at 4:05 p.m. ET.

New Orleans Saints (4-5, 5-4 ATS) -4.5
Oakland Raiders (3-6, 3-6 ATS) +4.5
Over/Under 55.5

The over/under in this game at the Black Hole has really started to get a bit out of hand, and it is high time that the ‘under’ has become the right play. I have to remember a few things that are up my sleeve in this one as well.

The biggest indication in my eyes that this game is going to stay beneath the number is how badly QB Drew Brees played against the Denver Broncos. Granted, the Oakland defense isn’t nearly as good as that of the Broncos, but what these two teams do have in common is that they both play a long, long ways away from New Orleans. Oakland has struggled defensively, and it has to be a struggle to think that after allowing 55 points to the Baltimore Ravens and 42 to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, that there is a chance to even remotely keep down the Brees train. However, there is still more to recall.

The Saints’ defense has been making some decent plays over the course of the last few weeks, and prior to the last two weeks, Oakland had held three straight teams to 23 points or less. The truth of the matter is that New Orleans is going to need to score at least 31 points in this game to threaten this total, and that’s just a boat load of points, especially for a road game for the Saints. They have only scored more than 27 on the road once this year.

Saints @ Raiders Tips: Under 55.5
