Join us on Monday, as we make our Carolina Panthers @ Philadelphia Eagles free picks and predictions for what should be a great clash on the gridiron.

Week 12 NFL Picks: Carolina Panthers @ Philadelphia Eagles
Date: Monday, November 26th, 8:30 ET
Location: Lincoln Financial Field, Philadelphia, PA
NFL Betting Odds: Carolina -3
Panthers @ Eagles On TV: ESPN

About the only good thing that we have to say about the Eagles right now is that they are at least knowing what they’re coming to the table with. QB Nick Foles is going to have to play, and he is going to have to play a heck of a lot better than he did last week against a bad Washington Redskins team. RB Bryce Brown is going to have to be the running back as well now that RB LeSean McCoy has been ruled out. So that’s that. The question is whether Carolina really should be a team playing on the road and favored by a field goal. After all, the Panthers did beat the Redskins a few weeks ago, but aside from that, they haven’t won a game on the road all year long. QB Cam Newton is good, and he could win this game all by himself, but the truth of the matter is that more often than not, that’s not going to be how this pans out. The Eagles have only covered one game this year, but this very well could be their second.

Panthers @ Eagles Pick: Philadelphia Eagles +3
Panthers @ Eagles Score Prediction: Philadelphia 20 – Carolina 17

NBA betting action continues on Monday night from Barclays Center, where the Brooklyn Nets will host the New York Knicks in a battle on the NBA betting odds. Don’t miss out on this one, which should be a great clash. The NBA television schedule shows this 7:00 ET tip happening on TNT.

We really question what has changed all that much from when these two teams were supposed to play each other to open up the season in this venue (a game that the Nets were favored by 3.5 points) and now. Sure, the Knicks got off to a hot start this year, but they’ve cooled off a bit and dropped two out of three. Brooklyn has been a dominant team here at the Barclays Center, winning five straight and going 3-0-2 ATS in those five games. With G Iman Shumpert and F Amare Stoudemire still out of the lineup and F Gerald Wallace back in, the Nets clearly have the advantage from that standpoint. This is the type of game that was meant for G Deron Williams to play in, and we think that he is going to figure out how to really get the ball moving against this Knicks defense. New York got frustrated when normally defensive teams came out and ran at it, and that’s exactly what we think is going to be the case on Monday night when these two teams meet in the Big Apple. Go with Brooklyn to fire the first salvo in what should be a bloody series to watch this year.

Knicks @ Nets Pick: Brooklyn Nets +1.5
Knicks @ Nets Prediction: Nets 105 – Knicks 97

Of all of the games on the Monday 11/26 Week 12 NFL betting schedule, one of my favorite is the clash between the Carolina Panthers and the Philadelphia Eagles. Join me for my tips for this 8:30 p.m. ET kickoff that can be seen on ESPN.

Carolina Panthers (2-8, 4-6 ATS) -3
Philadelphia Eagles (3-7, 1-8-1 ATS) +3
Over/Under 40.5

Talk about a buzz kill. After being so excited over the course of the whole week over some fantastic games, we get this lousy one. However, I really have a good feeling that this one is going to really struggling to reach the ‘total’.

It’s just a heck of a challenge for the Eagles on Monday night. QB Nick Foles only led his team to six points last week against a Washington Redskins team that has allowed at least 21 points in all of its games this year. Carolina’s defense hasn’t really been the problem either. Sure, the squad allowed 36 two weeks ago to the Denver Broncos and 27 last week to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, but you have to remember that against the Broncos, there were 16 points directly thanks to the defense, and in the first 59:48 of the game last week, the Bucs were held to just 13 points.

Yes, the Eagles have scored at least 27 points in three in a row in this series, but that just isn’t happening in this one with both Vick and McCoy out of the lineup. Remember that Carolina hasn’t scored more than 22 in a game but once since Week 2. If the Panthers don’t reach 22 in this one, this game won’t get to the number in all likelihood. Carolina has scored just a total of 42 points in three games since 2004 against the Eagles, and that 14.0 points per game is going to be just about why we are expecting out of the Panthers on Monday in what should still ultimately be a winning effort.

Panthers @ Eagles Tips: Under 40.5
