Week 16 pointspreads are out, and here at Cappers Info, we are set to analyze the NFL odds for one of the top games on the slate. The San Francisco 49ers vs. Seattle Seahawks odds are posted, and we are set to make our NFL picks for another great game.

Week 16 NFL Picks: San Francisco 49ers @ Seattle Seahawks
Date: Sunday, December 23rd, 8:20 ET
Location: CenturyLink Field, Seattle, WA
Week 16 Betting Odds: San Francisco -1
San Francisco vs. Seattle Live TV: NBC

This is most certainly the toughest call to make in a game this week as we see it. The Seahawks are a dominating team at home, and all of a sudden, they have dropped 108 points on their last two opponents. Now, Seattle has control of a playoff spot in its own hands, and it just has to win one of these last two games of the year to ensure a place in the second season. Of course, there is still a real question as to whether or not the NFC West can be won, but the only hope for that to happen is by winning this game and in Week 17. San Fran is coming off of the most emotional win that a team can have on the road nowadays, a victory clear across the country in primetime against the New England Patriots. QB Colin Kaepernick has proven that he is a real winner for sure by taking that game, especially after fending off 28 straight New England points in the second half. Mobile quarterbacks have had trouble against Seattle this year though, and that’s where we think that the Niners are going to get into some trouble. We’re going to take the point at home with the Hawks, as this one just means more to them than it does to San Francisco (who is still trying to sew up a bye with a win and a Packers loss).

49ers @ Seahawks Pick: Seattle Seahawks +1
49ers @ Seahawks Score Prediction: Seattle 20 – San Francisco 17

The 2012 NFL season is back, and here at Cappers Info, we’ll be looking at some of the best games on the docket each and every week, as we try to make the most money possible off of the NFL odds for the week. Join us on Sunday, as we make our Cincinnati Bengals @ Pittsburgh Steelers free picks and predictions for what should be a great clash on the gridiron.

Week 16 NFL Picks: Cincinnati Bengals @ Pittsburgh Steelers
Date: Sunday, December 23rd, 1:00 ET
Location: Heinz Field, Pittsburgh, PA
NFL Betting Odds: Pittsburgh -3.5
Bengals vs. Steelers On TV: CBS

It’s been a tumultuous season for the Steelers and the Bengals, as they have both been all over the place, winning games that they seemingly had no business winning and losing games that they seemingly had no business losing. That’s why it makes perfect sense to us that, without any real explanation, that the Bengals would be able to come to Heinz Field and lock up a playoff bid. Cincinnati truthfully has been the better of these two teams of late, winning five out of six games both SU and ATS. The Steelers have dropped four out of five SU and ATS, including losing a pair of games in conference here at Heinz Field. The team just isn’t the same that it used to be, and the oddsmakers are banking on these Steelers being the same ones that won and covered five in a row in this series dating back a couple of years. Unfortunately for the hosts, they just aren’t that good any longer, and it is going to show in the form of an upset to end their season on Sunday.

Cincinnati Bengals @ Pittsburgh Steelers Pick: Cincinnati Bengals +3.5
Cincinnati Bengals @ Pittsburgh Steelers Score Prediction: Cincinnati 21 – Pittsburgh 17

Week 16 pointspreads are out, and here at Cappers Info, we are set to analyze the NFL odds for one of the top games on the slate. The Washington Redskins vs. Philadelphia Eagles odds are posted, and we are set to make our NFL picks for another great game.

Week 16 NFL Picks: Washington Redskins @ Philadelphia Eagles
Date: Sunday, December 23rd, 1:00 ET
Location: Lincoln Financial Field, Philadelphia, PA
Week 16 Betting Odds: Washington -6.5
Washington vs. Philadelphia Live TV: FOX

The biggest question that we have for the Redskins is if they are ready for this moment or not. They are going to be involved in one of the biggest games that they have played in quite some time, and if they win these last two games, they are going to win the NFC East. Coming on the road to the City of Brotherly Love is always tough, especially when you’re a favored team by almost a full touchdown. It is going to be an emotional day in Philly, as this is probably the last time that Head Coach Andy Reid will be on the sidelines here at Lincoln Financial Field, at least as the coach for the hosts. We look for Philly to give an inspired effort in the role of the spoiler in this game to at least keep this one close, and though we do think that QB Robert Griffin III is going to make some remarkable play(s) to win this game, we do most certainly want the points on our side.

Redskins @ Eagles Pick: Philadelphia Eagles +6.5
Redskins @ Eagles Score Prediction: Washington 24 – Philadelphia 21

The Indianapolis Colts and the Kansas City Chiefs are going to square off in Week 16 of the NFL betting campaign. Join us here at Cappers Info, as we make our predictions for football for what should be a great game on Sunday.

Week 16 NFL Picks: Indianapolis Colts @ Kansas City Chiefs
Date: Sunday, December 23rd, 1:00 ET
Location: Arrowhead Stadium, Kansas City, MO
Week 16 Betting Odds: Indianapolis -7
Colts vs. Chiefs Live TV: CBS

More sharp plays on the docket this week. For as sharp as Jacksonville appears to be against New England, Kansas City is that much more sharp against Indy. The Colts are playing with a level of inspiration at the moment, knowing that Head Coach Chuck Pagano is expected to be back on the sidelines next week. That’s next week, though. This is this week. It’s going to be tough to get up for this game against the Chiefs at Arrowhead, as they are playing like the worst team in the league, and the game is sandwiched between those two duels against the Houston Texans. For as much grief as we give KC – and it is all deserved – the team did beat the Panthers and challenge both the Broncos and the Ravens here at Arrowhead. This isn’t going to be a game that is won in all likelihood, but with the way that QB Andrew Luck has struggled on the road in certain spots, this could be a bad night for the Colts. Remember that Indy was once beaten 35-9 on the road by the Jets back on October 14th, and that loss is looking uglier and uglier as the weeks go by.

Colts @ Chiefs Pick: Kansas City Chiefs +7
Colts @ Chiefs Score Prediction: Indianapolis 21 – Kansas City 16

NFL betting fans are running to their online sportsbooks to place their Minnesota Vikings vs. Houston Texans bets and predictions, and here at Cappers Info, we are making our Sunday football picks for this encounter.

Week 16 Football Picks: Minnesota Vikings @ Houston Texans
Date: Sunday, December 23rd, 1:00 ET
Location: Reliant Stadium, Houston, TX
NFL Betting Lines: Houston -8
Vikings vs. Texans On TV: FOX

The key to beating the Texans over the course of the season has been the passing game. Both QB Tom Brady and QB Aaron Rodgers had massive days against this unit. It has been tough to find sledding with the ground game, though of course, DE JJ Watt and the gang haven’t seen a back like RB Adrian Peterson this year either. But back to the passing game for a second. QB Christian Ponder just doesn’t work in this league, especially when he is sabotaged by his own management without any wide receivers, especially with WR Percy Harvin hurting. Yes, the Vikes need this game and they need it in a bad way if they want to get into the playoffs. However, this is the home finale for the Texans, and they know next week that they are going to be playing against an emotional Indianapolis team at Lucas Oil Field. This is a game that they aren’t going to want to punt. If Minnesota falls behind and Peterson gets taken out of the game plan, the Vikings are absolutely dead in the water in the Lone Star State.

Vikings @ Texans Pick: Houston Texans -8
Minnesota @ Houston Score Prediction: Houston 28 – Minnesota 14

The Tennessee Titans and the Green Bay Packers are going to square off in Week 16 of the NFL betting campaign. Join us here at Cappers Info, as we make our predictions for football for what should be a great game on Sunday.

Week 16 NFL Picks: Tennessee Titans @ Green Bay Packers
Date: Sunday, December 23rd, 1:00 ET
Location: Lambeau Field, Green Bay, WI
Week 16 Betting Odds: Green Bay -13
Titans vs. Packers Live TV: CBS

We love these big time dogs this week, and virtually without exception, we’re going to be backing them. The Titans are coming off of a win last week against the Jets, and we have to remember that they have only been beaten by this many points twice in the last nine games. In there too, was a game that could have been covered at the death against the Houston Texans, as the backdoor was left wide open. Remember too, that Tennessee has won three straight and covered two of the last three in this series, though that does date back to 2001. The Packers have won and covered three straight games and have won exactly zero of those games by more than nine points. And the oddsmakers are expecting them to lay nearly two full touchdowns in this one? Doesn’t it seem a bit ridiculous to you? The Green Bay rushing attack just isn’t good enough to close out a game when it is ahead, even by three scores, and that will leave the door wide open once again for the Titans and their bettors to prance on through as victors.

Titans @ Packers Pick: Tennessee Titans +13
Titans @ Packers Score Prediction: Green Bay 30 – Tennessee 19

Of all of the games on the Sunday 12/23 Week 16 NFL betting schedule, one of my favorite is the clash between the New England Patriots and the Jacksonville Jaguars. Join me for my tips for this 1:00 p.m. ET kickoff that can be seen on CBS.

New England Patriots (10-4, 8-6 ATS) -14.5
Jacksonville Jaguars (2-12, 6-8 ATS) +14.5
Over/Under 50.5

The expectation is there for the Patriots to come on the road and just beat the snot out of the Jaguars. And, normally speaking, you’d probably think that I would disagree with that sentiment, especially with over 75% of the betting public backing the Pats on the road laying more than two touchdowns, which is really never a good idea in the NFL betting world.

However, I’ve got a much different take on this game than most. The Patriots aren’t your average team. They don’t just resort to running the football when games are out of reach. They keep throwing. Over… and over… and over again… That’s how they dropped 42 on the Texans, 49 on the Jets, 59 on the Colts, 45 on the Rams… etc.

Many will point to the fact that the Jaguars have been solid against top flight teams across the league of late, and that’s definitely true. The Packers and the Texans both struggled mightily with Jacksonville just in the last two months or so. That being said, we have to remember a lot of other factors as well. The Jags were just trashed 24-3 by the Dolphins last week and 34-18 by the Bills two weeks prior to that. They also have only played two home games that were decided by fewer than 17 points, and they didn’t score more than 14 points in any of those games. This is just screaming to be a blowout when push comes to shove, and the oddsmakers are probably going to pay the price for starting this game at less than two TDs.

Patriots @ Jaguars Tips: New England Patriots -14.5

The 2012 NFL season is back, and here at Cappers Info, we’ll be looking at some of the best games on the docket each and every week, as we try to make the most money possible off of the NFL odds for the week. Join us on Sunday, as we make our St. Louis Rams @ Tampa Bay Buccaneers free picks and predictions for what should be a great clash on the gridiron.

Week 16 NFL Picks: St. Louis Rams @ Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Date: Sunday, December 23rd, 1:00 ET
Location: Raymond James Stadium, Tampa Bay, FL
NFL Betting Odds: Tampa Bay -3
Rams vs. Buccaneers On TV: FOX

Both the Rams and the Bucs watched their seasons come to an end last week when they were blown out by the Vikings and the Saints respectively. Tampa Bay is almost certainly at least the slightly better of these two teams though, especially for this matchup. St. Louis has a tough time getting the ball up the field, and that is what has to be done to beat the Bucs and their 32nd ranked pass defense. QB Josh Freeman is coming off of the worst game of his career in which he tossed four picks and didn’t get a single point on the board, and he and WR Vincent Jackson should be in for great days against a sometimes suspect St. Louis defense. The Bucs have won six of the last eight in this series from an SU perspective and are 6-1-1 ATS in those games as well. Tampa Bay deserves to see one more win for the home team in what has been a great season, and that’s exactly what the Buccaneers are going to deliver on Sunday.

St. Louis Rams @ Tampa Bay Buccaneers Pick: Tampa Bay Buccaneers -3
St. Louis Rams @ Tampa Bay Buccaneers Score Prediction: Tampa Bay 28 – St. Louis 17

Making sports betting picks is one of my specialties, and today at Cappers Info, I’m making my Sunday Football Tipster pick based upon the football trends and NFL odds for the Cleveland Browns vs. Denver Broncos game on Sunday, December 23rd at Sports Authority Field at Mile High at 1:00 p.m. ET.

Cleveland Browns (5-9, 8-5-1 ATS) +13.5
Denver Broncos (11-3, 8-6 ATS) -13.5
Over/Under 44

Another great spot for a teaser for sure. The Browns haven’t lost a game by more than 17 points all year long, and you have to go back to the end of the 2010 season to find the last time they were beaten by three full touchdowns. Is it justified to ultimately make the Browns double digit underdogs? It’s tough to argue otherwise after the Broncos just went on the road and beat the snot out of the likely eventual AFC North champs, the Baltimore Ravens 34-17 in a game truly wasn’t that close.

QB Peyton Manning isn’t going to falter for sure either. He has just two TD passes in his last two games, but he also has seven games with three touchdowns as well. QB Brandon Weeden isn’t going to be able to keep up with that in all likelihood, but he has proven that he can make some big plays happen regardless of how things are going in the game. RB Trent Richardson is probably getting the ball a bit more in this one as well, knowing that he only touched it 11 times on the ground last week and made it known that he was unhappy about it.

The Broncos have only scored less than 26 points in a game once since Week 5, and they haven’t scored fewer than 17 in a game all year long. If they are going to get into at least the mid-20s, there is a great chance that this one is going to reach the ‘total’ as well. This is a perfect in-game teaser, though I do recommend teasing the Browns with anything you can find that makes sense in Week 16.

Browns @ Broncos Tips: 7-point Teaser – Cleveland +20.5 w/ Over 37

The 2012 NFL schedule is back, and here at Cappers Info, we’ll be looking at some of the best games on the docket each and every week, as we try to make the most money possible off of the Week 16 odds for the NFL. Join us on Sunday, as we make our Cleveland Browns @ Denver Broncos free picks and predictions for what should be a great clash on the gridiron.

Week 16 NFL Picks: Cleveland Browns @ Denver Broncos
Date: Sunday, December 23rd, 4:05 ET
Location: Sports Authority Field at Mile High
NFL Betting Odds: Denver -13.5
Browns @ Broncos On TV: CBS

The Browns and Broncos have met five times since the reincarnation of the Cleveland franchise, and three of the five games have been awfully close encounters. That being said, Denver is 4-1 ATS in those five games, and it is 5-0 SU. The hope is that all of that continues in this one. The Broncos are as hot as could be, going 6-3 ATS and 9-0 SU in their last nine games, and they are right on the verge of the No. 2 seed in the playoffs in the AFC. Cleveland had really done a great job of sticking around in games this year until last week when it was clocked by the Washington Redskins. The Browns are expected to do a heck of a lot better this time around for sure, knowing that they had won their previous three games and covered their previous four. QB Brandon Weeden is going to have a difficult time keeping up with QB Peyton Manning, but when push comes to shove, he probably only needs to get to around 20 points or so in this game. That’s easier said than done, but we do think that this Denver secondary is vulnerable and could be hit for a few big plays.

Browns @ Broncos Pick: Cleveland Browns +13.5
Browns @ Broncos Score Prediction: Denver 30 – Cleveland 20

BovadaThe Tennessee Titans and the Green Bay Packers are set to kick off their Week 16 NFL betting clash on Sunday 12/23, and I’m set to make my football pick for the affair at Lambeau Field. Kickoff is set for 1:00 ET, and I’ve got the perfect NFL pick for this outstanding duel on the gridiron.

Tennessee Titans (5-9, 5-9 ATS) +13
Green Bay Packers (10-4, 8-6 ATS) -13
Over/Under 46

Those of you that have followed my betting advice over the course of the last several weeks know that I love my underdogs, and I especially love when I can get great spots on teams that are just vastly underrated going against teams that are just vastly overrated. This one just makes no sense to me. The Pack should be favored, surely. But to favor them by more than 10 is ridiculous. They aren’t beating teams by double digits now, so there is no reason to think that that is going to change here.

Tennessee’s offense has been bad, but its defense hasn’t allowed more than 27 points in a game since November 4th. Head Coach Mike Munchak has his boys playing tight to the vest, and though the club is taking some shots up the field, all in all, the offense still revolves around the successes or the failures of RB Chris Johnson.

The Packers haven’t scored more than 27 points in a game since November 4th either. And the oddsmakers are assuming a 30-17 final, or something of the sorts. Give me a break. You can bet that I’m going to be throwing the Titans into a heck of a lot of teasers this weekend at +20, but for the purposes of this play, I’m going to take the Packers ‘under’ their team total, as the only way I see Tennessee getting beaten is if it beats itself on offense.

Titans @ Packers Tips: Green Bay Team Total Under 29.5 Points

Week 16 pointspreads are out, and here at Cappers Info, we are set to analyze the NFL odds for one of the top games on the slate. The Buffalo Bills vs. Miami Dolphins odds are posted, and we are set to make our NFL picks for another great game.

Week 16 NFL Picks: Buffalo Bills @ Miami Dolphins
Date: Sunday, December 23rd, 1:00 ET
Location: Sun Life Stadium, Miami, FL
Week 16 Betting Odds: Miami -4.5
Buffalo vs. Miami Live TV: CBS

Boring. The Bills and the Dolphins have both already seen their season go up in flames (we don’t want to hear how the Fins technically aren’t eliminated yet), and they are both underachieving teams down the stretch as far as we are concerned. However, the M.O. for Miami has been beating teams that is should beat and losing to teams that it should lose to over the course of the last month. The offense was as bad as it has been all season long in the 19-14 loss up at Ralph Wilson Stadium, and we think that QB Ryan Tannehill and RB Reggie Bush are going to be in for much better games this time around against a Buffalo defense that just hasn’t been all that special, especially last week against the Seahawks when it was beaten 50-17. The Dolphins are at least 6-3 ATS in their last nine games in this series against the Bills.

Bills @ Dolphins Pick: Miami Dolphins -4.5
Bills @ Dolphins Score Prediction: Miami 21 – Buffalo 14
