We expect when the NBA odds come out in this one to see a point spread that is awfully close, though we know that the Blazers will be handicapped without the services of F LaMarcus Aldridge. It’s a tough draw at that point against a Denver team that is deep and has plenty of different options to throw the way of the Blazers. During this winning streak, Portland has played great defense and has gotten great play from its big men. This is going to be problematic tonight though, against a Denver team that is going to try to run it off of the court. Remember that the Nuggets have won three in a row as well, and they are used to playing on the road in these hostile environments this year. With Aldridge out, there is a huge piece to the puzzle missing for Portland, and Denver should be able to take full advantage of that for a fourth straight triumph.
