Midwest Region Location: Georgia Dome, Atlanta, GA
Michigan vs. Louisville Live on TV: CBS

National Championship Game Betting Lines
#4 Michigan Wolverines +3.5
#1 Louisville Cardinals -3.5
Over/Under 138

5Dimes NCAA TournamentThe Cardinals and the Wolverines have made it all the way to the NCAA Tournament Final, and they are going to be going at it for the full 40 minutes on Monday night for the right to be called champions. Louisville has, without a shadow of a doubt, been the most popular team to bet on the March Madness betting lines this year, and for good reason. The team has won 15 games in a row going into the National Championship Game, and the mass majority of those wins have come by double digits. The last time that the Cards didn’t win a game by at least four though, was back with that five-overtime game against the Notre Dame Fighting Irish, a game that was lost in South Bend. G Russ Smith clearly has the inside track to being the NCAA Tournament Most Valuable Player, and he could be well on his way to stardom at the next level as well.

For as great as the Cardinals are – and we do think that they have had the most talented team in America all season long – Michigan is just a touched team right now. The team might have problems putting games away, and it might not have hit its foul shots down the stretch against the Syracuse Orange, but there is no doubting the fact that this was a tremendously underseeded No. 4 seed. G Trey Burke is destined to have a significantly better game than he had in the Final Four against the Orange, and he probably is going to be playing with a massive chip on his shoulder because of it. The Wolverines have played the schedule all season long to get ready for a game like this one. All of those games against Michigan State and Ohio State and Wisconsin and Illinois and Minnesota and Indiana… Now is when they will all pay dividends. It hasn’t been a mistake all season long that the Wolverines were once the No. 1 team in America, and they are going to prove it by shocking the world and capturing the National Championship for the first time since 1989 on Monday night.

Michigan vs. Louisville Free Pick: Michigan Wolverines +3.5

Ready for more of the best March Madness picks you’re going to find on the internet? We’re back for another round of bracket predictions here at Cappers Info, and up next is the Final 4 clash pitting the #1 Louisville Cardinals up against the #9 Wichita State Shockers.

Final Four Picks: #9 Wichita State Shockers vs. #1 Louisville Cardinals
Date: Saturday, April 6th, 6:09 p.m. ET
Final Four Location: Georgia Dome, Atlanta, GA
Wichita State vs. Louisville Live on TV: CBS

BetOnline

Final 4 Betting Lines
#9 Wichita State Shockers +10.5
#1 Louisville Cardinals -10.5
Over/Under 133

We really need to be realistic when we talk about this Wichita State/Louisville game. Most are going to be on the side of the Shockers, saying that this is a Final Four game, and all of the Final Four games turn out to be tight encounters. In the end, this is still a game between the Wichita State Shockers from the Missouri Valley Conference and the Louisville Cardinals from the Big East. Louisville is probably the best team in the country. Wichita State is certainly not one of the best 10 teams in America. The Cardinals have been beating Top 10 talent all season long. The Shockers barely held onto a game against one legitimate Top 10 team and beat another team that was perceived to be in the Top 10 in the land for the whole year that really never was anything more than a paper tiger. C Gorgui Dieng has no equal. Neither does G Russ Smith. Nor does G Peyton Siva. In fact, this is a total team of destiny at this point. The Cardinals are the real deal, and they are going to be the team to beat in this tournament the rest of the way. There is no way that we think Wichita State is going to be able to hang. The Cardinals have had all week to study up on the Missouri Valley reps, and Head Coach Rick Pitino’s team is going to be off and running right away to what should be a relatively easy win to romp into the NCAA Tournament Final.

Wichita State vs. Louisville Free Pick: Louisville Cardinals
Wichita State vs. Louisville Predictions: Louisville 75 – Wichita State 59

Elite Eight Betting Lines
#2 Duke Blue Devils +3.5
#1 Louisville Cardinals -3.5
Over/Under 137.5

5Dimes NCAA TournamentIf there is such a thing as an Elite Eight game that could ultimately decide the National Championship, this might be the game. Many think that these are the two most talented teams left standing in the NCAA Tournament, and they might be right. When you look at these two clubs, you see two teams that largely go about things the same way. G Peyton Siva and G Russ Smith are both veterans who have been around this game for quite some time for the Cardinals. On the other side of the court, they’ll face G Seth Curry and F Ryan Kelly. C Gorgui Dieng and F Mason Plumlee are both fantastic interior players who have a ton of experience as well. Both teams like to win games from the three-point line and the free throw line, and both are incredibly aggressive defensively. So how do you parse out these two teams? You really don’t. Instead, you blindly take the points and hope for the best. When these two teams met the first time this season, Duke won in the Bahamas. Dieng didn’t play in that game, which could make a difference, but can it really swing nine points from that first game of the year? We really don’t think a heck of a lot has changed differently for each of these teams. They’ve both gotten a heck of a lot better, and they both have always been amongst the best in the nation. Take the points on Sunday afternoon, as we think that this is literally a tossup game.

March Madness free picks are one of our top specialties this time of year here at Cappers Info, and we have another great one on the NCAA Tournament schedule on Friday night. The #12 Oregon Ducks and the #1 Louisville Cardinals will meet in the Sweet 16 in the Midwest Region, and we’re breaking down the NCAA basketball betting lines for the clash.

Midwest Region Picks: #12 Oregon Ducks vs. #1 Louisville Cardinals
Date: Friday, March 29th, 7:15 p.m. ET
Midwest Region Location: Lucas Oil Stadium, Indianapolis, IN
Oregon vs. Louisville Live on TV: CBS

Sweet 16 Betting Lines
#12 Oregon Ducks +10
#1 Louisville Cardinals -10
Over/Under 127

The Sweet 16 is going to continue on Friday, and the top seeded Cardinals are heavy favorites of the oddsmakers in this one. The Cards have really stormed right through their first two games without all that much in the way of difficult, as they took down both the North Carolina A&T Aggies and the Colorado State Rams with ease, covering both games. The team now has nine straight covers under its belt. G Russ Smith has been the “good” Russ Smith, as he has a pair of 20+ point games here in the dance as well. However, we know that he could be under the gun in this one, as this is the toughest game that the team has played since being at Madison Square Garden for the Big East Tournament. What’s amazing to us about Oregon’s improbable run to the Sweet 16 is that G Dominic Artis has had two miserable games. Artis though, is going to have almost a full week to rest and prepare for this one, and he is going to be needed against a great Louisville backcourt. The talent though, is most certainly there for the Ducks to pull off this upset. They are going to have to get a great game from F EJ Singler and from F Damyean Dotson, both of which have had great tournaments to date. We don’t think that the U of O is going to really be able to pull off the upset, but we do think that it is going to be able to hang around. This should be the first gritty game that Louisville has had to play here in this tournament.

Oregon vs. Louisville Free Pick: Oregon Ducks +10
Oregon vs. Louisville Predictions: Louisville 73 – Oregon 68

Midwest Region Location: Rupp Arena, Lexington, KY

Round of 32 Betting Lines
#8 Colorado State Rams OTB
#1 Louisville Cardinals OTB
Over/Under OTB

Colorado State was an incredibly disrespected team over the course of the first few days of this tournament. Most gave it no chance whatsoever to battle it out with the Missouri Tigers in the second round of the dance, and most assumed that the Rams wouldn’t be able to board with the big boys from the SEC. My, how quickly everyone learned how good C Colton Iverson and the gang really were! CSU doubled up Mizzou on the glass, winning the battle 36-18, and it actually knocked down just as man three-point shots (7) as the Tigers did. Iverson had 13 boards, while F Dorian Green knocked down a ton of shots from the outside and finished the day with 26 points in that victory. Meanwhile, Louisville is going to get all of the publicity once again in this game, knowing that it just forced the most steals in an NCAA Tournament game ever with 20. The Cards turned the North Carolina A&T Aggies over 25 times in total on Thursday, and in the end, the game was a cakewalk. However, this is going to be a much, much different story this time around. The Rams are going to be able to body with the Cardinals on Saturday, and though we don’t think they’ll ultimately be able to win the game, they will at least be able to hang. The Mountain West has had a rough tourney, but at least Colorado State will save face and put forth a great effort against the No. 1 overall seed in the dance before exiting.

Colorado State vs. Louisville Free Pick: Colorado State Rams
Colorado State vs. Louisville Predictions: Louisville 74 – Colorado State 70

March Madness free picks are one of our top specialties this time of year here at Cappers Info, and we have another great one on the NCAA Tournament schedule on Thursday night. The #16 North Carolina A&T Aggies and the #1 Louisville Cardinals will meet in the Round of 64 in the Midwest Region, and we’re breaking down the NCAA basketball betting lines for the clash.

Midwest Region Picks: #16 North Carolina A&T Aggies vs. #1 Louisville Cardinals
Date: Thursday, March 21st, 6:50 ET
Midwest Region Location: Rupp Arena, Lexington, KY
North Carolina A&T vs. Louisville Live on TV: TBS

Round of 64 Betting Lines
#16 North Carolina A&T Aggies +26
#1 Louisville Cardinals -26
Over/Under 123.5

The Cardinals are understandably laying a huge number in this game, but we aren’t so sure that it is truly justified against a team that is playing some darn good basketball at the moment. Granted, we know that the Aggies are going to have to be dog tired, as this is their sixth game that they are playing in a span of just nine days, and of course, this is the most difficult one of the bunch by a country mile. However, this really is more about Louisville than it is about A&T. It goes without saying that if the Cards want to win this game by 30, they’re going to win it by 30. However, we have to remember that Louisville went through a rough gauntlet in the Big East Tournament just last week and probably could use a couple more days off to get ready for a matchup either against the Missouri Tigers or the Colorado State Rams on Saturday. Sure, we’re going to see Louisville jump out of the blocks in great shape on Thursday, and at halftime, this will probably be at least a 15-point game. However, the reserves for the Cardinals aren’t used as much as they are on some of the other team in the country, and as a result, there could be some rust down the stretch. Take this boatload of points with the Aggies and hope to cling to victory when push comes to shove.

North Carolina A&T vs. Louisville Free Pick: North Carolina A&T +26
North Carolina A&T vs. Louisville Predictions: Louisville 73 – North Carolina A&T 56

Big East Tournament Semifinals Picks: Syracuse Orange vs. Louisville Cardinals
Date: Saturday, March 16th, 8:30 ET
Location: Madison Square Garden, New York, NY
Syracuse vs. Louisville Live TV: ESPN

BetGuardian

If there were ever a place for some magic to happen in college basketball, Madison Square Garden would be that place. Louisville is a team that looks like the equivalent of the Big Bad Wolf of the Big East, taking down four straight games by at least a dozen points and rumbling to six straight covers. Syracuse is the sloppy team that more or less has gritted its way to three wins in as many days to reach the final. It’s so tough to win the Big East Tournament when having to play more than just in the quarters, semis, and the finale, but the Orange are going to try to do just that. They’re going to need more offense out of G Michael Carter-Williams, and F CJ Fair is going to have to learn when to shoot the ball and when to not take such ill-advised shots. The rest of it is literally going to have to be some MSG magic. We saw some of it with the gritty defense that the Orange showed against the Georgetown Hoyas on Friday night, and we might just see it again this time around versus the Cards. This has the feeling of one of these games that will come down the wire and perhaps go to overtime, maybe even a few of them. We want the points on our side, and we really believe that the Orange are going to find some way to pull this one off outright as well.

Syracuse vs. Louisville Pick: Syracuse Orange

Our official Notre Dame Fighting Irish vs. Louisville Cardinals pick is here at Cappers Info, as two great teams get set to square off on the college basketball odds. Join us for all of the great NCAA basketball predictions for what should be another great game on the college basketball schedule tonight!

Big East Tournament Semifinals Picks: Notre Dame Fighting Irish vs. Louisville Cardinals
Date: Friday, March 15th, 9:00 ET
Location: Madison Square Garden, New York, NY
Notre Dame vs. Louisville Live TV: ESPN

BetGuardian

The Fighting Irish were definitely the lesser of the two teams when they faced off with Louisville this year in South Bend, but magic got the game to overtime, and a couple hours and five extra sessions later, the game was decided by a bunch of reserves for Notre Dame. In Act II at the end of the regular season, Louisville simply overmatched the Irish from the opening tip. This time around, many think that the Big East Semifinals will provide the Cards with another stepping stone towards a No. 1 seed. We’re not all that sure. Here in the Big East Tournament, Head Coach Mike Bray has gotten the most out of his offense that we have seen in the last month and a half. Notre Dame scored 73 points yesterday, and that came without G Eric Atkins or F Jack Cooley really making that much of an impact on the game. C Gorgui Dieng has all of a sudden struggled here at the Garden, and Cooley would love to be able to get back at him for the 20 points, 11 boards, and five blocks that he had against the big man at the KFC Yum! Arena. Don’t be shocked if this one is a lot closer than the experts think. If G Russ Smith isn’t playing as well as he did last night against Villanova, the Cards could be watching their No. 1 seed in the NCAA Tournament go down the drain.

Notre Dame vs. Louisville Pick: Notre Dame Fighting Irish
Big East Tournament Semifinals Predictions: Notre Dame 74 – Louisville 72

Big East Tournament Picks: Villanova Wildcats vs. Louisville Cardinals
Date: Thursday, March 14th, 7:00 ET
Location: Madison Square Garden, New York, NY
Villanova vs. Louisville Live TV: ESPN

GT Bets Banner

This one really just isn’t setting up well for the Wildcats on Thursday night. First comes the obvious problem that they had to play against the St. John’s Red Storm on Wednesday while the Cards were sitting around and resting for this quarterfinals tussle. The real issue though, comes with the matchup in this game. The biggest thing that Villanova probably has going for it is the fact that F Mouphtaou Yarou is one of the best big men in the Big East. He’s not going to have that advantage against what clearly is the best center that the league has to offer, C Gorgui Dieng. The guards for the Wildcats are better than most originally figured at the outset of the year, but we know that G Russ Smith and G Peyton Siva, when on their game, are the premier backcourt in the land. On top of this, there has to be a sense of accomplishment here for the Cats. They’re in the NCAA Tournament at this point barring an epic oversight by the Selection Committee, and this one really isn’t going to mean much. For Louisville, this could be the difference between being a No. 1 and a No. 3 seed in the dance by the time this weekend is over with. To top it all off, there’s the revenge factor as well. Head Coach Rick Pitino will be reminding his team all day that this team beat the Cards back in January when these teams met in Philly. Like we said at the top, it’s just not going to be a good team to be a Villanova fan.

Villanova vs. Louisville Pick: Louisville Cardinals
Big East Quarterfinals Prediction: Louisville 74 – Villanova 61

College Basketball Picks: Notre Dame Fighting Irish @ Louisville Cardinals

Location: KFC Yum! Arena, Louisville, KY
Notre Dame vs. Louisville Live TV: CBS

GT Bets Banner

The Fighting Irish really don’t have a whole heck of a lot to play for at this point. They know that they are going to the NCAA Tournament, and they probably know that they aren’t winning the Big East Tournament, so there really isn’t much motivation in this one. Louisville, on the other hand, has a whole heck of a lot to play for. We’ll start with the obvious revenge factor. The Cards are the team that will be looking for some blood after losing in five overtimes to reserves in South Bend a month ago. Louisville is also seeking at least a share of the regular season Big East title, something that will be acquired with a win. The outright title could be had still as well. On top of that, it’s tough to look past how well the Cards have been playing. They have nine wins out of 10 games, with the lone loss coming to Notre Dame, and they are 6-3 ATS in those games if you take out the coin flip that was lost against the Fighting Irish. Here’s the problem: This is a whole heck of a lot of points to be laying in a game like this. Notre Dame will at least stick around and keep this one remotely close, though we don’t think there’s a way that it is going to win this game.

Notre Dame vs. Louisville Pick: Notre Dame Fighting Irish +12.5
Notre Dame vs. Louisville Prediction: Louisville 68 – Notre Dame 59

The time is here for more of our sparkling CBB picks, as we look at the schedule for basketball for Monday night. The Louisville Cardinals and Cincinnati Bearcats will have it in a nationally televised game, which can be seen on the college basketball TV schedule on ESPN.

Free College Hoops Picks: Cincinnati Bearcats @ Louisville Cardinals
Date: Monday, March 4th, 7:00 ET
Location: KFC Yum! Arena, Louisville, KY
Cincinnati vs. Louisville Live TV: ESPN

The big question that we are going to have for the Big Monday game in the Commonwealth is whether the Bearcats are going to be able to score any points. They aren’t even average 55 points per game over the course of their last seven games, and they are going up against a team that is allowing 54.2 points per game in its last five. The Louisville defense is one of the best in the Big East and in the entire country, and there is no doubt whatsoever that it is the team to beat in this game, and perhaps in the upcoming Big East Tournament at Madison Square Garden as well. G Sean Kilpatrick has been doing what he can to keep the Bearcats above water, and he had a great game, scoring 20 points against the Connecticut Huskies over the weekend. That being said, he can’t go at this alone against a team like this. The Cardinals will just eat him alive. If there isn’t going to be some more support coming the way of Kilpatrick in this one, the Bearcats are going to get destroyed, and on Senior Night in Louisville, we’re convinced that’s exactly what is going to happen.

Cincinnati vs. Louisville Pick: Louisville Cardinals -10
Cincinnati vs. Louisville Prediction: Louisville 68 – Cincinnati 52

CappersInfo is back with its Louisville Cardinals vs. Syracuse Orange picks and predictions, as we look to give you all of the college basketball advice and tips that you need to beat your online sportsbook for this crucial Saturday night tilt.

College Basketball Picks: Louisville Cardinals @ Syracuse Orange
Date: Saturday, March 2nd, 12:00 ET
Location: Carrier Dome, Syracuse, NY
Louisville vs. Syracuse Live TV: CBS

GT Bets Banner

It was only a few weeks ago that the upstart Orange went on the road and shocked the then-No. 1 ranked Cardinals at the KFC Yum! Arena. That was a part of the five straight weeks that a team ranked No. 1 in the land went down, and it was the start of a three-game skid for Louisville that was never really totally recovered from. Here’s what we do know, though. This is still one tremendously talented team, no matter how you slice it. Many think that this is a club that could run all the way to the Final Four this year, and we aren’t ones to doubt that when push comes to shove. G Russ Smith, G Peyton Siva, C Gorgui Dieng… This is a tough team to try to keep up with. Granted, we really do like what Syracuse is bringing to the table this year, but the ‘Cuse are on a downswing right now with losses to the Georgetown Hoyas and Marquette Golden Eagles in succession. We know that Syracuse can beat the big boys, but can it beat the big boys consistently enough to get the job done against arguably one of the best teams in the nation? Throw in the factor of revenge, and it seems like this game is made for the Cards to win.

Louisville vs. Syracuse Pick: Louisville Cardinals +1.5
Louisville vs. Syracuse Prediction: Louisville 68 – Syracuse 63
