The Metro Atlantic has been crazy this year, and we think that this is a bad spot to make the square play on the Greyhounds. Loyola MD has been all over the place over the course of the last few games. It did go on the road and beat the Niagara Purple Eagles in overtime for a huge victory, but aside from that, these last few weeks have really gone poorly for the Puppies. They were crushed by both the Iona Gaels and the Canisius Golden Griffins, and as a result, they aren’t in control of the top seed any longer for the upcoming MAAC Tournament. Siena is a horrid team, but it is going to try to run with the Greyhounds in this one, and it just might work. The Saints had suddenly put together a couple of wins in a row before getting blown away by the Fairfield Stags on Monday night. There won’t be an answer for C OD Anosike, and that should at least give Siena the ability to keep this one within single digits, which will be more than enough to cover.
