wizard has some winning traits, but you won't see him on a
Miami Ohio at Ball State

These teams are both very vulnerable to giving up the big play. The Ball State punter, Chris Miller, second in the nation last year, with 46.2 yards/kick could play a vital part in Ball State's attempt to win. But somehow I don't think so. Ball State was ranked 106th in rush offense and 115th in total def. and pass def. That is very shakey. Just as shakey is Miami Ohio who ranked 109th in the nation in rush offense and 101st in rush defense. QB Mike Kokal is a bright spot for the Redhawks(355 att, 208 comp, 2419 yds, 58.6 pct, 8 int, and 14 tds. Kokal will be throwing to a freshman receiver Armand Robinson, who is very, very fast, or at least he is said to be. Ball State, with a secondary that gives up very big plays, could likely get burned by this young man, but who knows how a frashman will play in his first college game. This game should be high scoring and I look for Miami Ohio to cover the inflated spread of +6.
