Despite the fact that Philly have been on fire lately, they have a history of losing in Detroit. In fact, let's take a look at the stats when these two teams play at Joe Louis Arena: The Flyers are 0-12-2 at Joe Louis arena in the last 14 meetings between the teams at Detroit. The flyers have not won a game at Joe Louis arena since 1988!! Add those stats to the fact that the Wings will come out HARD this game after their most recent game (a disappointing loss to Carolina in which they were down 3 - 0, but managed to claw their way back and make it 3 - 2, only to miss a few perfect opportunities to tie the game in the dying seconds). The Wings will be fired up tonight, rest assured of that.
