Hey guys,
After a few months off, i am planning on getting back in the game soon. I have not been keeping up with any books since Pinnacle and Neteller both stopped serving US customers. So I was wondering how things are going now? Louie, how are deposits and payouts working with the sponsored books? In skimming this board, it appears as though deposits are being made straight from bank accounts with debit cards, how is that possible considering the new law, I mean that is even easier then neteller was. Anyway, I am going to need to choose a new book when I return so any advice or comments would certainly help. Thanks guys.

Louie can help more than I can for sure, but I do know that <a href="http://www.bodoglife.com/welcome/74880.html" target="_blank" onmouseover="window.status='http://www.newbodog.com';return true;" onmouseout="window.status=' ';return true;">BoDog</a> and <a href="http://affiliates.commissionaccount.com/processing/clickthrgh.asp?btag=a_816b_115" target="_blank" onmouseover="window.status='http://www.sportsbook.com';return true;" onmouseout="window.status=' ';return true;">Sportsbook.com</a> have very good success rates with credit cards. Also, <a href="http://www.2betdsi.com/?cmpid=3313_37" target="_blank" onmouseover="window.status='http://www.betdsi.com';return true;" onmouseout="window.status=' ';return true;">Diamond</a> does too but you will have to spend a few minutes on the phone with someone to verify.

Ive had no problems with <a href="http://www.betus.com/ats/879/sportsbook/default.aspx" target="_blank" onmouseover="window.status='http://www.betus.com';return true;" onmouseout="window.status=' ';return true;">BetUS</a>. (although I havent actually placed a bet yet) They accepted my credit card deposit over the phone, and gave me a free 500$ match.

any experiences with payouts recently? Plus, how can those books accept credit cards under the new law? How they just found a way to get around the law while others either have not or have chosen not to risk it (like Pinnacle)?

Phenom,
It's good to see you back
Believe it or not, credit card deposits are easier then they have been in years. The reason for this is because ETF's were so easy and cheap for sportsbooks before. At that time, they weren't even worrying about creating new processors to disguise the credit card charges because of the cost, labor, and time it takes to do. It wasn't worth if for them. ETF's deposits are the easiest to enforce by the gov't and prevent transfers. They only have to fine and threaten one company. So, now that ETF's are being strictly enforced by the gov't, it's now worth it for sportsbooks to create new processors for credit card deposits. It's now their best option. This is what I hear and the way I understand it.
1. <b><a href="http://www.bodoglife.com/welcome/74880.html" target="_blank" onmouseover="window.status='http://www.newbodog.com';return true;" onmouseout="window.status=' ';return true;">Bodog</a></b> is the best option if you have a debit card and want to use that. I have yet to hear about a debit card being declined at <b><a href="http://www.bodoglife.com/welcome/74880.html" target="_blank" onmouseover="window.status='http://www.newbodog.com';return true;" onmouseout="window.status=' ';return true;">Bodog</a></b> since their latest changes. But, I think most experienced online players know about the odds here and what they are all about. I wouldn't suggest Bodog being anyone's sole book if they are looking to open only one account. But, then again, I would never advise a player to open only one account. Two at the bare minimum and three (or more) is ideal.
As for Credit Cards, here is a list of books that I know for a fact are approving credit cards at a high rate:
1. <a href="http://www.betus.com/ats/879/sportsbook/default.aspx" target="_blank" onmouseover="window.status='http://www.betus.com';return true;" onmouseout="window.status=' ';return true;"><b>Bet U.S.</b></a> - Use a link from here and mention Cappersinfo.com and you'll get a 100% match play free bet ($100 min - $500 max) with your deposit. I'd call to make the deposit instead of doing it online. I always call to deposit everywhere. Gandy just got his $500 free bet. I had to pull some strings to get this bonus.
2. <b><a href="http://affiliates.commissionaccount.com/processing/clickthrgh.asp?btag=a_816b_115" target="_blank" onmouseover="window.status='http://www.sportsbook.com';return true;" onmouseout="window.status=' ';return true;">Sportsbook.com</a></b> - My guy here claims that they are the highest approval rate on the web. I'm not sure I believe that. I think that <a href="http://www.betus.com/ats/879/sportsbook/default.aspx" target="_blank" onmouseover="window.status='http://www.betus.com';return true;" onmouseout="window.status=' ';return true;"><b>Bet U.S.</b></a> is higher if you call and I know that <a href="http://www.bodoglife.com/welcome/74880.html" target="_blank" onmouseover="window.status='http://www.newbodog.com';return true;" onmouseout="window.status=' ';return true;"><b>Bodog</b></a> is more reliable when using a debit card.
3. <a href="http://www.2betdsi.com/?cmpid=3313_37" target="_blank" onmouseover="window.status='http://www.betdsi.com';return true;" onmouseout="window.status=' ';return true;"><b>Diamond</b></a> & <a href="http://www.bookmaker.com/?cmpid=3547_393" target="_blank" onMouseOver="window.status='http://www.bookmaker.com';return true;" onMouseOut="window.status=' ';return true;"><b>Bookmaker</b></a> - Signup first online and mention Cappersinfo.com and call to make you deposit. If you have problems, ask for Mike and mention this site. Also, if you email me you'll get a 30% bonus instead of 20%. Make sure you let me know about you deposit if you join one of these. I'll make sure that your account is looked at by my guy.
These are my top three sportsbook brands right now. I have placed more various <i>small</i> (futures, exotics, etc.) bets with various books then probably anyone on the web and right now these are the three I feel comfortable with. I loaded all three for baseball season and almost 90% of the time you will find a different line for whatever you are looking to bet.
If anyone here is willing to load up all three at once and makes sure that Cappersinfo.com gets the credit and the click-through for the referall, I will make sure to do something additional for you (on top of the already big bonuses I have worked out). I will always try to do what I can for every player that shows support for these boards.
This is best advice that I can provide right now.

I am still looking for good books. I am getting some interest from some books.
Story from the other day: I had some guy offer me a profit sharing deal at a book that offers a 100% match play bonus. I tested their stuff (none of my 3 credit cards or 2 debit cards worked). I placed some sportsbook/casino bets with my $200 West. Union deposit. I felt sort of scetchy about them as it seemed like a low-budget, low-class operation. I refuse all revenue sharing deals at this point. I want the guys here to win. So, I gave them a reasonable offer with a 2-month trial (wasn't planning on adding them to this site with the trial) at a very low price. The guy told me that he had to talk with his boss. They called me back and he said that in order to do the two month trial, I had to guarantee them that I would send them 25 active players in the first month or they get their money back. I told him, "You just summed up your book right there." Then, I hung up the phone.

Thanks for the information Louie. It sounds to me like although things seemed to have changed a lot, they really haven't changed much at all.
