The entire college football Overtime system...


Under 58.5 on the UConn/Notre Dame game. (440-400) Played out exactly like it should have with a total of 40 entering OT (after Uconn missed an easy field goal for the win in regulation.) Then OT comes, they decide they cant stop each other, and my 18 and a half point cushion disappears.

I remember when I had Tennessee-7 against Arkansas back in 2003. Tennessee was down the whole game, then managed to tie it going into overtime. That bitch went 7 overtimes! Both teams matched each oher for hours, and Tennessee ended up scoring, converting the 2points and holding on defense winning by 8 for the cover. And I won 5 bucks. 5 fucking bucks. I loved telling that story about how extatic I was, and how my bad pick came through when it shouldnt have. I guess the football gods got sick and tired of that shit. No fucking way I should have lost today. No fucking way.

The cfb overtime system (and 2009 totals) have fucked me bad. Its not fair that touchdowns count for 6 points in overtime. Its not even fair that field goals count for 3. The overtime system should be 1 point for field goals and 2 for touchdowns. God damnit.

I have made mistakes football gods...sometimes I even doubt you exist, but please...Arizona last week and and now this, on extremely bad beats. Down 770 when I should be up 700. Please, Im begging you...Im losing my mind with this shit.

39 ticks left and ON THE LINE. UVA misses two FTs (it might've only been the front end of a 1 and 1, but I think the Cavs were already in the bonus). Miami hits a 3. UVA gets it in and gets fouled. Two missed free throws. Miami knocks down another 3. UVA gets the ball in, throws it back to the inbounder, who loses it between his legs. Miami immediately gets a dunk. UVA gets it inbounds, gets trapped, calls timeout. Next inbounds pass gets stolen with a layup AND a foul. About 13 ticks left and Miami should take the lead. Canes miss the FT. UVA bobbles the rebound out of bounds when two guys could've snared it. Good defense gets the ball back with 1.3 seconds left. Miami steals and inbounds and damn near hits the Hail Mary three pointer that would've ended it in regulation.
