Do I really have to say anything more about the Big East and West Virginia??
This is the second season in a row where Big East teams were completely over-hyped and overrated in the preseason rankings..
:p

Just goes to show you what a capable backup QB can do for a team. Oklahoma loses Bradford against Texas Tech, they lose.....WV loses Pat White against Pitt (you mean they lost game, I mean they were supposed to win, right?) they lose.....LSU loses Flynn against Tennessee...and they win.....hmmmmm....Hawaii loses Brennan, they win at Nevada....maybe it's coaching as much as talent, you gotta have the backup ready.

then there was some Dixon guy over in Oregon... possibly the highlight of my entire season was when Ryan Leaf's little brother came in the game he got hurt. My buddies and I STILL crack Ryan Leaf jokes once in a while. I think this year was a combination of proving how valuable a quality QB is, and a massive number of notable QB's getting hurt... which was also a large part of why so many teams climbed the rankings and lost at #1 or 2.

QB play is everything in football.
