According to the rules of the contest, which can be found <a href="http://www.cappersinfo.com/forums/5th-annual-monday-night-football-contest-diamond-sportsbook/25163-rules-registration-signup-here.html">here</a>, you will find the following rule which covers tiebreakers:

11. In the result of a tie, the player with the most total posts on December 10th @ 12PM under their name will be crowned.

Considering that you do not have a single post outside of the contests and Donkey is a long time veteran here, I don't think that I will be needing to go back and check on this.
