hey guys, i am very unhappy with my current sportsbook, and am looking for a new place to set wagers...
i don't want to give out the name of my old book, because i don't want to bash them or anything, i was just simply unhappy with their customer service...
i'm not a huge bettor, i might deposit a hundred bucks every 2 months, i usually do small bets, just for the fun of it...
i would like any feedback possible, i've been considering dsi (since i already have an account with them from the football contests) or bodog
i'd like any pros/cons that you can give me...
thanks guys!
(sorry i haven't been around much, i've moved, and also have had a stacked hockey schedule)

Bodog has great cust service, I just called them on wed and you go straight a live person who speaks english. Plus they back a lot of the contest on this board so I like to support them.
I would recomend opening up or activating both of those and maybe a third. I use 3 so I can shop around for lines.

I would suggest using Bodog, BetUS, or Diamond...You can read the review for each at the top of this site. They are our top 3 sponsors and they are all great books.
Both BetUS (100%) and Diamond (30%) offer bigger bonuses when you click through and mention Cappersinfo.com upon signup. However, if customer service is your main concern, then squirreljf is right. Bodog has the best customer service.
1. I suggest Bodog for the best customer service and the safest place to have your money.
2. I suggest BetUS if you are looking for a big bonus as you get 100% bonus when you click through from this site and mention Cappersinfo.com
3. I suggest Diamond if you are looking for a good bonus (30% whe using bonus code "cappersinfo") and extra perks as their loyalty program is the best on the web in my opinion.
If you want more information you can look at the reviews at the top of this site.

That is a good idea. You can never go wrong with have multiple accounts. You can take advantage of all the promotions and shop for the best line on every game that you bet. You can even play middles when you find major line differences. I have funded accounts with the three books that I suggested above. Be sure to mention Cappersinfo.com when joining up at any of our sponsors & be sure to contact me when you open a BetUS or Diamond account. This way, I can make sure that they promptly add the Cappersinfo.com exclusive bonuses of 30% (Diamond) and 100% (BetUS). I can also make sure my contacts there oversee your accounts.

i tried deposting with betus, and their system with master card was screwed up
i told the guy i was signing up through you guys to get the 100% bonus, and he said that i could get a 15% bonus, and that i should have read the fine print (didn't see any)
kinda dissapointing

FalseLight,
I contacted BetUS regarding your account. According to them, you already had an account with them and this is not your first deposit. This means you are only eligable for the reload bonus. However, they are going to make an exception for you. Someone should be calling you today to offer you the 100% match-play bonus.
