Guys,

There are actual confirmed reports of players withdrawal checks from sportsbook.com bouncing at their banks. I am not making this up and this is also not the first time this happened. These are real and confirmed reports that have happened to some players that I know personally. There were also reports of this exact issue around this time last year and apparently they aren't doing anything about fixing it.

Be careful if you made a withdrawal from Sportsbook.com recently. Make sure that you cash the check and wait for it to clear before taking and of the money out of your bank account for personal use. This warning shouldn't be necessary with our endorsed books.

As a result of these multiple & confirmed reports, I am highly considering the removal of sportsbook.com from our reccomended book. I don't want sponsorship money from any books that rip off and abuse any online player's trust. This book has shown no commitment to helping out this board nor have they expressed any interested in working with us on any contests or other promotions of interest. To tell you the truth, this book has disappointed me terribly and I wish I never added them.

Just be careful guys. I will keep you informed on anything further regarding this issue.

-Louie

P.S. I also recommend leaving sportsbook.com and start considering one of our top sponsors: 1. <a href="http://www.betus.com/ats/879/mid/2377/matchup500" title="Bet US" target="_blank" onMouseOver="window.status='http://www.betus.com';return true;" onMouseOut="window.status=' ';return true;">BetUS.com</a> (100% Signup Bonus -- Use <a href="http://www.betus.com/ats/879/mid/2377/matchup500" title="Bet US" target="_blank" onMouseOver="window.status='http://www.betus.com';return true;" onMouseOut="window.status=' ';return true;">this link</a> & mention Cappersinfo.com)
2. <a href="http://www.bodoglife.com/welcome/74880.html" title="Bodog Sportsbook Review" target="_blank" onMouseOver="window.status='http://www.bodoglife.com';return true;" onMouseOut="window.status=' ';return true;">Bodog.com</a> (10% Signup Bonus)
3. <a href="http://www.2betdsi.com/?cmpid=3313_37" title="Diamond Sportsbook" target="_blank" onMouseOver="window.status='http://www.betdsi.com';return true;" onMouseOut="window.status=' ';return true;">BetDSI.com</a> (30% Signup Bonus - Use bonuscode "cappersinfo")

shit!

I just reloaded sportsbook.com (only 200 bucks to be used for my group parlay this year.) If we win, and this book bounces any checks for me, Ill have 11 other people on my ass!

I like sportsbooks friday parlay payout odds, with -105 juice. Now Im thinking of doing my group parlay at another book...probably bodog.

Are you kidding me? The problem for me is that I have higher security credit cards and if I want to load up an account, bodog and sportsbook are the only books that allow my cards. Guess I'm gonna have to go across the border to Canada here soon enough to do my betting.

Donkey,

You are still fine using Bodog. Have you tried BetUS? They ususally can accept any credit card if you call them.

Yeah Louie, I've been trying for a while (online and over the phone). I need to make the time and just do a Western Union transfer.

Yeah Louie, I've been trying for a while (online and over the phone). I need to make the time and just do a Western Union transfer. That very rare that they can't proccess your card. Have you tried Diamond as well?

Either way, I still trust Bodog with our cash. They haven't given me any reason to doubt their loyalty to customers. I don't care what Forbes says...

Hello all...I'm new here. Just wanted to verify what Louie said....There has been a period of time where Sportsbook has bounced checks. I was getting regular withdrawals with no issue, then in June the checked bounced....They said due to changing processors. One of the cust srv reps I spoke with said that the processors bank caught on and put a hold on the funds. SB said they were working on new processors.

Well, I sent them all the info they requested (copy of canceled check & etc) and they did put the money back in my acct. I requested a new withdrawal...It came from a different processor, but unfortunately, it bounced the other day also. This check actually was stamped "NSF" which means they tried to run the check, but there weren't sufficient funds.

I'm sure SB will put the money back in, but if someone can't get it out, what's the point?

from what Ive always understood, and Im too lazy tolook it up now, but Sportsbook is a publicly traded company in Europe. How can there be insufficient funds? I may attempt to make a withdrawal soon. Ill let everyone know how it goes.

I am highly considering the removal of this book. They no longer want to pay us either. I got an email a while back saying they were going to lower our CPA cost which was already low to begin with. I am tired of this book and I am tired of reading crap about them.

Sportsbook may have sufficient funds, but the processor in question did not. From what I gather, books send payouts to "processors", who then cut the checks to players. A particular processor can either have "NSF" or have their acct frozen due to various regulations. Regardless of the reason, the end result is bounced checks.

I would think that once this information gets around and becomes common knowledge, very few will want to use them, much less join. What's the point when you can't get your money....Even if you've been losing and just want to cash out what's left. I wouldn't deposit a dime with them.

I'll be honest....I could probably handle an occasional issue, but not regular bounced checks....Very fishy and unprofessional. I feel lucky that I only can't get access to "winnings." What about the guy who deposited a bunch of money, then lost, and decided to cut and run....He loses it all without really losing!

Would love to hear from anyone else who has had this problem.:boom:

If you don't mind me asking, what is "CPA cost"? Just curious.

BTW, I love your site.

CuttyCutty,

It's a marketing term which stands for "Cost Per Acquisition" meaning there is a set amount of money for every depositing player that we send to the book. You should really consider one of our top sponsors such as <a href="http://www.betus.com/ats/879/mid/2377/matchup500" title="Bet US" target="_blank" onMouseOver="window.status='http://www.betus.com';return true;" onMouseOut="window.status=' ';return true;">BetUS.com</a> or <a href="http://www.2betdsi.com/?cmpid=3313_37" title="Diamond Sportsbook" target="_blank" onMouseOver="window.status='http://www.betdsi.com';return true;" onMouseOut="window.status=' ';return true;">BetDSI.com</a>. They are both great books and we have personal account reps who will take care of you and give you the biggest bonus possible. Our guy at <a href="http://www.betus.com/ats/879/mid/2377/matchup500" title="Bet US" target="_blank" onMouseOver="window.status='http://www.betus.com';return true;" onMouseOut="window.status=' ';return true;">BetUS.com</a> can give you a 100% match-play bonus and he will handle your account with any questions you may have and I promise you that he will be one of the best and most efficient sportsbook reps that you have ever dealt with. Our guy at <a href="http://www.2betdsi.com/?cmpid=3313_37" title="Diamond Sportsbook" target="_blank" onMouseOver="window.status='http://www.betdsi.com';return true;" onMouseOut="window.status=' ';return true;">BetDSI.com</a> can get you up to 40% and he will give you large reloads as well. Ask anyone here on these boards if I ever steered them in the wrong direction. I do my best to take care of the players here. Normally, I wouldn't share our dedicated account reps with new players on the forums, but you look like you have had some bad luck with books and want to help others as much as yourself. If you need anything or have any questions about one of our sponsors, just PM me and I will be happy to help.

Thanks Lou...I joined the other day and used your site as my reference. I'm gonna move away from Sportsbook.com....I can forgive some screw ups, but not repeated ones. All that promotion they do, and can't pay customers!

Just wanted to say that I've really enjoyed BETUS....The people there are very nice. Not the greatest website for general use, but it works. It's a little tough to navigate. But at the end of the day, it gets the job done. Haven't requested any payouts yet....Trying to build my pot.

Still having mixed results with Sportsbook.com....Another check bounced, but the last one went through. Just deposited another one last week, so we'll see what happens. I find it very hard to believe that a book will stay in business if the consistently bounce checks.

CuttyCutty,

As always, I appreciate your feedback and your input about our sponsor books. There is nothing I love reading more then positive feedback about our sponsors from Cappersinfo members. And I agree <a href="http://www.betus.com/ats/879/mid/2377/matchup500" target="_blank" onMouseOver="window.status='http://www.betus.com/';return true;" onMouseOut="window.status=' ';return true;">BetUS</a> has some of the best customer service in the industry today. I don't know if you have the number to Lex, who is our dedicated customer service rep, but I think he is the best rep. of any sportsbook on the web. He is a bettor himself and understands what our player's needs are and does everything in his power to make sure they are met. I am glad you are enjoying <a rel="nofollow" href="http://www.betus.com/ats/879/mid/2377/matchup500" target="_blank" onMouseOver="window.status='http://www.betus.com/';return true;" onMouseOut="window.status=' ';return true;">BetUS</a>. Although their software has improved and it's a little different from a lot of the basic Starnet and other generic sportsbook formats, it's decent. I just reloaded my <a href="http://www.betus.com/ats/879/mid/2377/matchup500" target="_blank" onMouseOver="window.status='http://www.betus.com/';return true;" onMouseOut="window.status=' ';return true;">BetUS</a> account the other day and have been using it. I kinda like their software and how it works.

As far as <a href="http://www.betus.com/ats/879/mid/2377/matchup500" target="_blank" onMouseOver="window.status='http://www.betus.com/';return true;" onMouseOut="window.status=' ';return true;">Sportsbook.com</a>, I am starting to regret ever taking them on and I think they are on their way out the door. I know their processors are getting raided and it's not entirely their fault that the bounces are happening, but I don't think they are doing enough to make sure the customers are taken care of quick enough and to reimburse them for the hassles that they have caused many players. There are players who have made BIG cash-outs and are not being serviced quick enough.

To replace them, I have added and am adding three new books

1. <b><a href="http://www.justbet.com/cappersinfo/" target="_blank">JustBet</a></b> is already up and listed here. They have provided us with lots of exclusive perks including a 100% match-play bonus for Cappersinfo.com visitors only and 50% match-play bonus on all reloads. Just click on any <a href="http://www.justbet.com/cappersinfo/" target="_blank">JustBet</a> link from this site & forum, mention Cappersinfo.com when joining, and you will be taken care of. They have also provided us with our own 1-800 cashier and customer service line (<b>1-800-888-4707</b>) where you can ask for <b>Valery (ext 441)</b> for your own personal customer service rep. This is a great book that is working hard to build a great reputation. I fully endorse this operation and the approach they are taking to toward the online gambling market.

2, I am also in the process of adding <b><a href="http://www.betjmaff.com/aw.aspx?A=260" target="_blank">BetJamaica</a></b> who has one of the best reputations on the web for meeting customers needs. They offer your choice of three different bonus options; (1) $100 free bet with a $100 deposit, (2) 20% cash bonus, or (3) 16% cash back on all losses option. I have discussed a lot with them and feel they are more then right for this site. I still haven't put up my full review of this book, but I will complete it shortly.

The third one is to be named later as I am still in discussion with them and I have a few other things to take care of with them before I put them up. Let me know if you need anything else or have any other questions as I am always here to help.

Louie, I will back you on Justbet and Betjamaica I have recently started using these 2 books and they have been great esp. justbet. Vallery is a saint and will do all she can for you. You do need to speak to her personally to get the 100% bonus.

Just to clarify; As long as you use the <a href="http://www.justbet.com/cappersinfo/" target="_blank">JustBet</a> links from this site or call our exclusive 1-800 number you can get this 100% bonus. You DO NOT have to speak with valery. She probably just said that in order to gain more customers for herself as the reps. are paid on commission. However, I would reccomend asking for valery if you would like some personal service. She is a great rep.

Louie, I did mention cappersinfo when registering and they would not let my card go through. They said I was preauthorized but I needed to call their 800 number. Before I couldmake the call, I got a phone call from Vallery as they did not let my account set up until I received the full bonus.
