This book decided not to give me a bonus at all. :angryfire I threatened to take my business elsewhere, they called my bluff. Ill be calling them back tomorrow to try again, and hopefully talk to a different rep.


Anyway, the moral of the story is, sometimes it pays to haggle. Mention cappersinfo, tell these books, (who know theres a lot of competition for your money) that youre a loyal customer, and how you plan to refer friends, and it will all be worth your time. :moneybags:
