This is something every bettor should take advantage of. There are 2 weeks left to cash in as of yesterday (Sunday September 14th).

It’s the end of the season and as a lucky few teams have playoff hopes over half the league has packed it in. With teams realizing their only playoff hopes are in 2009 they have began sending players down and calling up minor leaguers or replacing injured players with call ups. Each one of these players is out there gunning for a spot on the roster next season and doing everything he can to make an impression. Many of them do make breakthroughs and impressions because the pitchers are simply tired out and don't care as much about the games anymore. Almost every pitcher has gone over 24 or 25 starts with many going over the 30 start mark dating back to winter ball and pre season apperances. Their performances are going down the drain as they reach their final two or three starts of the regular season. What I am getting at is the offenses are outperforming the defenses at this time of the year. No more is this evident then on games with totals less then 8. It does not matter which league. I started tracking this trend on September 8th or the last 3 weeks of the season when each starter will see about 3 starts.

This Season: Sept. 8- Sept. 15
6-2 (75.0%)
3.8 Unit Profit

Last Season: Sept. 9-Sept. 30
15-3 (83.3%)
11.7 Unit Profit.

I know its football season, but a little bankroll padding never hurt anyone.
