Restriction #2 (For NCAA Picks):
Only Games With Two Major Conference Teams Are Eligible
All NCAA Football Picks Must Be From A Game Where Two Major Conference Schools Are Playing Each Other...
Major Conferences Include D1-A Teams;
SEC, Big12, Pac12, Big 10, ACC, BigEast, Mountain West, Sun Belt, WAC, Conference USA, D1-A Independents
For example;
You Can't Pick Michigan if they are playing a team like Appalachian St.
(as Appalachian State isn't a major conference school)
