Getting to be that time. Who's everyone like?

I'm really liking Any Given Saturday, Hard Spun, Street Sense and NoBizLikeShowBiz.

Any thoughts, I'll probably play some sort of combination of these 4. Need to think about it some more.

And always throw $10 at 10 superfecta quick picks, never know what will happen.

$2 Exacta Box

2,7,8,12,14,18, $60 bet

$10 WPS on #18, Any Given Saturday. $30 bet

$1 Trifecta

8,12,18 with 2,7,8,12,14,18 with 2,7,8,12,14,18. $60 Bet

Also, take a chance with 10, $1 superfecta quick picks.

I am going to go to the OTB tonight and make some bets. But, I need some picks. I have no idea how to handicap horse racing. I will use your's BDP. Anyone else have some picks?

Here is what I ended up doing.

I don't usually bet trifectas unless there is a small number of horses in the race. When I bet Tri's, I usually take one horse to win and follow it with ALL-ALL. When there is a lot of horses (over 10-12), it's usually a very expensive bet based on all the different combinations

So, all I did was $200 worth of Exacta Box bets. I took quite a few with the 18 horse, Any Given Saturday, as he seemed to be the one I liked the best. I liked the #18 horse based on what I understand on the free race form, some advice from guys at the OTB around here, and with your bets (BDP) as I saw him on a lot of your tickets. Here they are....

$10 Exacta Box for all:

2, 18
8, 18
18, 20
12, 18
4, 18
2, 6
5, 7
12-20
8-14
7-12

What do you think BDP? I am not much of a horse player and don't know much about handicapping the ponies.

Looks like you have the right horses in your plays but this race is really a toss up of 5-8 horses. So you never know. I always try to narrow down to that many. Let's hope for that 18 up there somewhere. One of us has to get in the money.

Glad I got your comments tonight. Yea 18 looked promising to me. I threw in a few longshots. From what I hear, this race is a crapshoot. Should be fun to watch. I hate watching horse racing on TV without any money on it. There is no sport less fun to watch on TV without money on it. It's great in-person. I played a few live harness races at the track as well. Harness racing is not nearly exciting as the thoroughbreds. Im excited to watch the race tomorrow. What is the post time?

I hope one of us cashes in.

im going with circular quay w/ johnny velasquez up
i use to follow the ny circuit few years ago and i love johnny
as a jockey he gives it 150 % the ride.

I also like any given Saturday although post position and track condition are going to be tough on him. I like front runners on an off track.
