I listen to alot of talk radio from San Diego, as I spend nearly all day on the road. They interview lots of National guys so it is not just San Diego stuff. Today interviewing people all over the country there was lots of talk of the stiff penalty

In my opinion he should have been suspended for the rest of the season without paid, and prosecuted to the maximum extent of the law. Assault with a deadly weapon would not be a stretch.
