If you bet second half +3 like Maryland is does that mean they have to beat them in the scond half. Like the total points scored. So if the final score is 85-50 but they were outscored 23-19 in the second half you would lose/??

Yes - the second half bets are JUST on the points scored in that half. The final score does not matter - it is purely a line on points scored in the half (same as a first half bet).
