I am just getting started in betting. Any suggestions? I found this app and thought it might help me. Thanks.

First, Be sure to check out the site on the web (with a computer) as well at Free Sports Picks - NFL Football Picks, Sports Betting & Handicapping. The app offers members the ability to use the Cappersinfo forums in an easy to use app. But, the cappersinfo website offers a variety of other tools and helpful content.

As far as the app goes, if you click on the actual post (once you open it), you can view the dynamic content that is included in the post, such as images and fonts...

As for some rookie betting advice....

1. BANKROLL MANAGEMENT: The best advice I can give you is that managing your bankroll wisely is just as important as having good picks from good handicappers. Make sure that you are only betting with money that is from your "betting bankroll" (money that you have set aside for betting purposes only). When deciding your bankroll amount, make sure it's an amount that you can afford to lose (but also could be an amount that would benefit you if you were to double it). Try not to wager anymore then 5% of your bankroll on any one game.

If you hit a big play, that doesn't mean you need to double up on the next one. If you lose a big play, that also doesn't mean you have to double up on the next one either.

If you get to the point where you lose your whole bankroll (or even half of your bankroll)...and where you're sweating bullets while watching the game because you bet too much, it may be time to re-evaluate what you hope to get our of sports betting.

2. Also, I know this can be hard, but be selective about the games you bet. just because there is only one game on, doesn't mean you have to bet it (or bet it big). It is possible to watch the Sunday night game or the Monday Nighter without having a big wager on it (and still be enjoyable to watch). Believe me, I've done it.
