Super Bowl Party Ideas

Hey guys, I need your help. I'm hosting my first super bowl party this year and I need ideas for games we can play and EASY food/drinks to make. If anyone has any fun super bowl games (gambling or not) or good game day recipies I would really appreciate it. I'm expecting 20ish people.

A keg of beer always sets the party mood. And almost everyone likes cheese dip and tostitos! Throw a block of velveta in the crockpot with some browned hamburger meat and 2 cans of rotel. Party time.

Prop card game...Draw up a list of about 20 over/under props (Tom Brady passing yards, Victor Cuiz catches, etc...) and have everyone fill them out and put in $10, the person who gets the most correct wins....

Make sure the card has a copy for them to hold on to and a copy to turn in to you...

Also, make sure there is enough seating...Bringing extra TV in the room (if you have one), so everyone isn't huddled around one tv is always a good idea...

10 people throw in $40 each.....$400 in the pot.

Put 10 numbers (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,0) in a hat and each guy draws a number for each quarter.

Make sure you draw for each quarter so you are not stuck with bad numbers for the entire game.

We usually pay out $80, $80, $80, $160 for final.

This usually keeps everyone interested in the game.

6 people put in $10 each for every score, you draw a card. Red is one team, black is the other. 2,3,6. Everytime someone scores ther is a winner and you pitch and redraw.

Also done a simliar thing with a di, everyone throws, when there is a score you roll, anyone that gets the number (2,3,6) splits the pot or they can roll off until someone wins.

Tubby s party subs are a great food item. Leftovers are good for 3-5 day after too. Anytime we host something we go with a couple 1 foot party subs. Easy cleanup too.

Awesome, thanks a lot guys. I'll definitely be doing a few of these. I need to tell everyone to bring cash money for sure. And I'll bring down my other tv as well, my living room isn't really fit for 20 anyways. I'll be sure to let you guys know which games we play and how they go. I already have a big posterboard of squares started and I'm sure we'll be doing the props and some variation of the guess the score after each quarter game as well. I also had a buddy tell me of "commercial bingo" where you get a card with different brands and play bingo, problem with this is there's going to be some cocktails there as well. Don't know how much we'll be paying attention to the commercials... Anyways, thanks again.
