Tonights plays

Hit a few plays earlier and still have a parlay pending with the Twins win (just need CG"S POD to come thru with under in Mets/Marlins game.)
I have also taken the followin:
1.) SF on the run line +120 (last 3 times Schmidt has pitched them they have covered the run line
2.) Yankees and RedSox parlay
3.) Astros and Giants Parlay (Gotta play Pettit at home with Brewers batting just .217 for the year .247 on the road)
Might take dodgers +130 later depending on what happens.

It's kind of funny, i've played the dodgers 3 times this year and they have won it in the last inning or extra innings each time. I played them tonite at +150, hard to lay off a team that is riding on such a streak. Eaton is tough when hes on but the dodgers hit him at home last week. Couldn't resist.

I almost played it as well. The Padres are my team so it's hard for me to play against them. Their offense is HORRIBLE. I just couldn't bring myself to go with Erickson. GL!

Yeah sorry about that POD pharm. I was extremely sure about it, had alot riding on it both in the parlays and on a 2U single play but what the hell...Leiter giving up grand slams at home? I figured we'd see a repeat performance from last week with a low scoring pitching battle but that play was over after the 2nd inning. Oh well, I guess there are no such thing as sure things right?

I think your POD record stands for itself CG don't sweat it. I never post POD's because i don't think i'm as skilled as I should be quite yet. I've learned alot on this board and appreciate the members input. I've had a couple of good weeks with the exception of tues and wed. Hopefully the trend will continue.

Yeah, there will always be bad days. I look at things on a weekly basis, not daily. If at the end of the week I'm ahead a few units then I've done a good job. I mean look at people who have a real job, they clear maybe a grand per week on their paychecks? If you're unit size is 100 and you're up 4 or 5 units per week you're doing pretty good. Then over time you increase the unit size and you can basically make what the working man is making....not that I'd advise anyone to quit their day job of course.
