Newbie Conundrum

Hi everyone, I've been a long time lurker and really, really appreciate what I get here. I have a question maybe someone can give me some advice or push me right. I took a gamble on the Fish/Yanks WS and lo and behold the hard part of the pick has come through. My issue is wether I should hedge (I never have before and am unfamilar with it, my brother says I should, no wait he called me iggnorant if I didn't) or not? The only reason I say no is cause I might kick myself in the ass if I do and the Yanks win, not asking any of you to manage my dough, just a word of advice if you have any ideas about the game. BTW i bet 1 unit to win 35. Again, thanks for all the solid posts I have read here.

TO HEDGE BY BETTING THE SAME AMOUNT ON THE BOSOX
THAT YOU DID ON THE PROP BET. THIS WAY IF THE YANKS
LOSE YOU LOSE NOTHING AND IF THEY WIN YOU WIND
UP WINNING ON THE BET. THE PROPER ADVICE TO HEDGE
THE BET WAS THE RIGHT CALL!

I would lay 10 units on the Sox if I were you. This way if the Sox come out on top, you end up winning 10 Units and if they don't then you are still up 25 units. This way you can still cheer your great wager on but will still make money if it loses!

Marlins / Yanks was a great call by the way. That's impressive!
