Biggest Home Underdog MLB Betting System (Week 1)

I want to test out a system and I want to share it with the board. I figured you guys would be interested and could help me test it out as I am testing three other of my own systems this year.

The system is simple; We will be playing $100 or 1-unit on the biggest home underdog on the board each day of regular-season baseball action. If there is no home underdog, then we don't play anyone. In the rare-instance where there is a tie for the biggest home-dog, we take the home-dog who is up against the team with the larger winning percentage on the season (the better of the two opponents).

(100 to win 120)


I had a friend tell me that he had a winning season with this season before, but I have to see it for myself. So, lets give it a try and see how goes it...Remember: all we need to do it go .500 on the year and we bank big bucks with this system...Hell, we are betting home teams. So, I figured what the hell. Lets try it...

Note: This thread will stay open for the week and it will start every Saturday. The record will be on going through the end of the season. If anyone wants to post the play for the day before I get to it feel free to do so. But make sure you post the updated record based on the previous day'[s pick results.

PS. I only made that long extended title as I am trying to increase our keywords and bring in some search engine traffic. Hell, everyone else is doing it. Why not us too... If you guys can put keywords in your posts and tags, it could really help bring in traffic. Also, if anyone want to write a short handicapping article for the site, this could also help. Any donations would be appreciated.

Additionally, I've considered taking out a loan to really unlock this site's potential, but I fear it will lose its personal and small community feel if I do so. However, I am not sure we all have that feel as much as we used to anyway...

I'm really anxious to see how this system works. I feel like betting underdogs in baseball is pretty much the only way to win money. I never bet big favorites, period.
