On Wednesday I am looking hard at Illinois. My problem is how will Illinois attack this tournament....will they be sulking because they are not in the dance or will they come to win this thing? A scheduling problem puts the game at Stonybrook so instead of a 14 point spread it is only 6.5.

The N-I-What??? 
These other postseason tournaments are so hard to predict, because the first teams in the field are all so much better than everyone else is, but there's rarely any real motivation to play the games, especially early on. I guess as they get closer to MSG, there's more motivation because you'll be playing under the brightest lights in all of sports, but geez... I mean, if I was V-Tech, I'd be like, "Eff this noise" too...
Actually on second thought... V-Tech should be used to this by now. After all, didn't they play an entire non-conference schedule full of teams like Jackson State??? lol
