I'm on the boise state side of this. They are only giving up 57 yds rushing a game and Boise State plays out of this world at home. Couple that with the fact that So. Miss is playing their 3rd straight road game, on 5 days rest, I'll take the Broncos. by at least 2 TD's.

I totally agree with you donkey, I was expecting them to win, but man, they came out on fire, looking much like the Boise state of last year. I got off of work at 8 to find them up two TD's by the time I got home!
What do you all think happened? I was expecting a much lower total score, something like 24-10.

I think poor secondary play by S. Miss is the main culprit, I mean there were guys wide open throughout the 1st half and when they commited an extra DB to defend the pass, that opened up more holes for Ian Johnson. This looked more like the team from last year, not the team that got beated soundly by Washington a few weeks ago.
