Saturday 9/30 Plays
What's up fellas? Everyone pumped for another year of college football? I know I am. I have a few games I'm likeing so far today.
Utah (+3) @ Michigan (2 Units) While Michigan's defense should be pretty strong, returning 8 starters from last year's squad, I think their offense will struggle mightily, especially in the early going with a new system. Utah should have a very strong squad, and I've been reading they have the best offensive line in the MWC (for what it's worth). Michigan, on the other hand, has a very weak offensive line with only one returning starter. I think Utah may win this one outright, as they also have a couple of good running backs and a solid QB to play behind that line. Alabama (+4.5) vs. Clemson (2 units) I believe Alabama will win this game outright. The simple fact is that while Clemson has so much talent on offense, I believe Alabama's defensive front will manhandle the Tiger's o-line. Alabama, on the other hand, has a nice mix of veteran players and young talent. Look for Alabama to control the game defensively and get enough out of John Parker Wilson and Co. to get the W in The Dome. East Carolina @ Virginia Tech (Under 45.5) (1 unit) I believe both defenses will play well in this game and look for both offenses to come out sloppy, much as they did in last year's opener. Look for a low scoring game won by Virginia Tech. Good luck all and please post any thoughts you may have.

Thanks guys! Not playing anythign too big today. But another play I'm throwing in is Florida (-34.5) for 2 units. I think the Gators win this game by 42-49. I think they return like 16 starters compared to Hawaii's 8 and Hawaii has a new coach. Also, this game is starting like 6:30 AM Hawaiin time. I know most of this is reflected in the line, but I really think the Gators are winning by 35 at half and their reserves will be able to handle Hawaii. I have a total of 7 Units on the line today. Usually don't do this but since it's early I may do some Saturday research and post a couple more plays later. Good luck all! CFB is back!
