Are the Patriots running up the score?

Joe Gibbs refused to shake Bill Belichicks hand after todays game, instead going right to the dressing room after the game. For those of you who watched the game, I must ask; Are the Patriots running up the score in the late part of games?

Seriously, putting Brady in the shotgun up 38 points in the 4th quarter, and then having him throw the ball all over the field? I myself am a Pats fan, but this is getting a bit out of control. Reminds me of the Steve Spurrier Florida teams of the 90's. Classless move IMO. What do you guys think?

Although Im usually an advocate of "why don't you just play defense instead of whine about running up the score", but today was really weird with the Pats. They score with 9 minutes to go in the 4th up 38-0? Very very interesting. I think belicheat is just trying to flip off the world!

i think they're going to lose next week...

they are running up the score, they're clearly pissed about the whole camera thing (which i think is a total joke, because every team does it, the only reason they got caught is because mangini knows about it, but i guarantee you that he's doing it in new york, well maybe not, lolz)

i have more of a problem with it in college, because they're just kids, and there isn't any reason to do it, even though teams do it anyways, because they think it will help their position in the rankings... when really it doesn't, nobody moves up any more because they scored a few garbage touchdowns in the final minutes...

but these guys are professionals... they're being paid to play football, it's their job

if you want to stop them from doing that, you have to either stop them, or make them pay for still being in the game, and that doesn't necassarily mean taking cheap shots or late hits

last year, my browns were playing the bengals early in the season, they were getting blown out, and with 3 minutes left in the game, carson palmer and the first unit were still on the field, and still throwing the ball, palmer threw one across the middle to chad johnson, and brian russell, then the safety for the browns, put a bone crushing hit on chad johnson that knocked his helmet off and gave him a concussion, it was a clean hit, and the bengals paid that day for keeping their first team on the field, that's how you do it.

if i'm an nfl head coach, i'm getting my mvp qb off the field in that type of game, i don't want him getting hurt, you'll regret that for the rest of your life.

Smoes hits for average and guess what; he is average
i think they all bet on the games they play...for example, when they were playing the dolphins, the fins would of covered if billy didnt put brady back in...thats my 2 cents

Yea I'd have to say either they are showing we don't need cameras to blow teams out.. or they are out to set a new NFL single-season record.. Tom Brady.. those 49 Peyton Manning TD's are looking like a walk in the park for Tom Brady right now..

I think Gibbs should of atleast shook his hand.. I mean you did get your ass kicked.. but your 1 of 8 teams that had their ass get handed to them, atleast you blend in.. no one will talk about how bad the Redskins played.. they'll talk about another domination by the Pats..

And as far as Brady playing in the 4th when your winning.. when he gets hurt then we'll see some heads scratched..

That's what I'd be worried about if I was a Pats fan.
