Draft time will work, like i forwarned, i'll be working, so i'll do my best to be on the ball from pick to pick. Is there anywhere i can see the entire rules for the league? Transactions, draft requirements, etc.?

Just go to the settings area in the ESPN league page. All that info can be found there.
Make sure to do your pre-rankings in case you get into a jam and miss a pick.
