I like the Rams vs. Cardinals. I don't think the Rams will be that great this year either, so it won't hurt to use them too early. Good Luck.

I know that last year you went out on the upset of the week, so I don't want to see it happen again, but I like the Rams as well, and Phili but you might want to save those for later!

I think a solid play would be Houston over San Diego- Houston is at home, and its always nice to have a home team- Plus I think they will cover the 5 points, maybe even a betting option as well!

If you don't like those 3, there is always Minn.!

I am also in one of these pools. I am telling you week one take the skins!!! The return of Joe Gibbs is like the 2nd coming of Jesus around here. Fed-ex field will be rocking non-stop that whole game! The fans are alive and fired up, the team is fired up and if Gibbs doesn't win the opener he might get hung!!! I am taking the skins and would advise you to do the same.

I'm in a survivor pool myself and I think i am going to take the concensious and go with St. Louis

Are you doing 2 different leagues-

St. Louis is the safe play but if you need a good team later there nice to have around!

Can't really take Houston too often, but here is one time that they are a possiblity!

Also smmmulcahy, I know Phily looks good to take, but Buffalo- You got some Guts to take them- Jax. doesn't look that bad, but got to have some faith in the home town team!

It's a little to late to get a sponsor and with the lack of signups for contests requiring a small deposit into an account, it makes it even tougher. Next year maybe as the board grows (it'll be here forever). For now, we can do one here in the NFL forum just for fun. I'll put together a thread tomorrow and we won't include Thursday's game.
