NHL over/under system

I think I have developed a system for picking over/under winners. I take the average goals scored per game for each team and add them together. If the total is less than 5 I bet the under and if the total is over 6 I take the over. Here is an example in one game tonight:

Florida 2.89
Boston 3.42
Total=6.31
I bet over 5.5

So far this season I am 9-4 YTD. I will try and post my picks early enough each day. Feel free to tail if you like.

You'll want to consider what the defense for each team is allowing also. And what the starting goalies stats are as well. And always check for injuries. If the leading scorer for either team is out I'd lay off. Just giving you what I've learned from experience. I used the same method for a while. Oh, also consider what the averages are when a team is at home vs on the road. These few things are huge factors in the big picture. Good luck and ill be checking out your plays.

I'm tracking a new ov/un method. I think its gonna be great to use with parlays. I may introduce it after awhile. I hit a ten team parlay last night on totals using it. But its not tested yet or proven with past stats. It went 11-1 last night.

Hookem, would love to hear about this over/under system. A 10-team parlay is one heck of hard parlay to it. Very impressed.
