Another big night in the NHL
I love watching hockey, I really want to see the Bruins/Pitt game tonight. Anyone notice that the lines tonight have a whole lot of 5 over totals. The newness of the season is wearing off and the long NHL grind is starting already. The past weeks probably have also seen a bunch of "across the board" under betting since it was hard to even find a 5 line, almost every game was at 5 1/2. Now all those 5 1/2 games seem to be moving to 5. All the under 5 games will be getting "juice" because many will bet all over games. Five is such a key number in the NHL!!

Tonight I am taking
TORONTO -1
Buff is LAST in the leauge in scoring with a total of 47 goals. Eddie has been extremely hot giving up 6 goals in his last 5 games (4 of them in one game). Tonight they are at home so he should be on and ready to play for the great toronto crowd. Toronto is on a roll and BUFF is in real trouble.

UNDER 5 DEVS/BLUES
Marty is back in goal tonight after taking the night off last night. As usual the Devils D plays tough especially on the road. The Blues had a huge offensive outburts last night getting 7 goals. The Blues have gone the over in their last two after not hitting a total of 5 in 6 straight games. Ill ride the Devils again tonight and try the under 5 goals

UNDER 5 MON/PHILLY
We all know about Philly losing Leclair here but this may one of those "hidden gifts" because now philly must get back to playing some D. I am not a huge fan of Roman in goal but philly has always been a tough grinding team who plays tough. Jose had a bad third and I kinda hope Hackett gets a chance in goal tonight. Again he is a number 1 on any other teams and is the best backup in the league. Philly has to get back to smacking people around and controlling the games.

SAN JOSE -1
San Jose finally gets off the road and comes home for a while. If they are going to make a move it has to be now starting tonight. They have 20 of their next 29 at home and MUST get some wins. There was talk all over that they had gotten over the hump when stuart came back but that died down. Ill take them tonight and I can see them getting on a roll. I will probably be taking them a bunch over the next month of the season.
