All-Star Game Odds
American League +115
National League -125

The All-Star Game is always one of these games where anything can happen, and generally speaking, we like taking the underdog in those situations. We look at the American League side, and we see a heck of a lot of pitchers that are very young that could have some problems. Men like Steve Delabar, Matt Moore, Glen Perkins… These aren’t the types of names that you really want to trust on the big stage. However, what we do know is that it is definitely lights out if the American League is leading after eight innings, as “Enter Sandman” will be blaring throughout the building at Citi Field for the great Mariano Rivera, who absolutely deserves to close out this, his 13th and final All-Star Game. We just aren’t all that fond of the National League side either. We think that there are a lot of arms in this game that might not be ready for the limelight, and it might start right at the beginning with Matt Harvey. Pitching in your first All-Star Game is enough to worry about, but to do it in front of your hometown crowd in your first full season in the majors is something totally different. In the end, this is going to be a game that ends in apt form. The American League All-Stars are going to rule the day, as we think that they have the superior league in the first place, and we know that they have the only closer that we would ever want in this situation.

All-Star Game Pick: American League +115
All-Star Game Score Prediction: AL All-Stars 5 – NL All-Stars 2
