Here at Cappers Info, we are keeping our eye on the MLB betting lines for the biggest and most important series that are up for the taking this week. Check out how the MLB odds should stack up for the biggest series this week!

MLB Picks: Los Angeles Dodgers @ Philadelphia Phillies

The Dodgers and Phillies will be playing on national television twice this week, playing on Monday night on ESPN and Tuesday on the MLB Network. These two teams have gone against each other in the playoffs in recent years, and none of the news has been good for the men in blue. Philly has won seven of the last nine meetings between these two teams, and for the most part, the offense has been the reason for the victories. The ‘O’ has given the Philadelphia pitchers at least eight runs five times in these meetings. The Dodgers have their work cut out for them, especially knowing that they have to run up against Cliff Lee, Roy Oswalt, and Cole Hamels. Free MLB Picks: Philadelphia Phillies

MLB Picks: Boston Red Sox @ New York Yankees

What a heck of a series this should be, as it always is when the Yankees and Red Sox end up squaring off. This series has some added meaning considering the fact that first place in the AL East could be up for grabs depending on how things ultimately end up working out. The Sox are back on track after losing four straight games last week, and they have set up their rotation well for this series. Jon Lester, Clay Buchholz, and Josh Beckett is as good as it gets for Boston. The Yankees are going to be playing at home where they are 17-13 this season, but CC Sabathia, the best thing that the men in pinstripes have going for them, isn’t going to be in the rotation in this series. That’s going to come back to bite Manager Joe Girardi, as Boston takes two out of three against the Bronx Bombers. Free MLB Picks: Boston Red Sox

MLB Picks: Cleveland Indians @ New York Yankees

Right when the Yanks are done with the Sox, they get to stay at home to take on a Cleveland team that is really due to slam back to earth at some point. We’ve already spoken about how well the Bronx Bombers play at home, and we know that the Indians don’t play all that well on the road. After all, they’re just a .500 team outside of Progressive Field. The Tribe are mired in this four game losing streak to start the week, and though we think that New York is going to end up getting smashed against Boston, we do think that it is going to end up smacking a Cleveland team that really doesn’t see this train wreck coming. Don’t be shocked if this weekend series ends in a sweep, especially since both CC Sabathia and AJ Burnett are going to be on tap in the rotation. Free MLB Picks: New York Yankees

MLB Picks: St. Louis Cardinals @ Milwaukee Brewers

This is a real chance for the Brew Crew to make a big time statement in the NL Central. Early last month, the Brewers just weren’t playing all that well, and they were knocked off in two out of three by the Redbirds on the road. Milwaukee only scored five runs over the course of that series. Since that point, the Brewers have done a heck of a lot better and have gotten up to seven games above .500 and within striking distance of the division lead. We know that Zack Greinke should be in the fold this weekend for this big time series, and we also know that Manager Tony LaRussa is running out of options in his rotation without Adam Wainwright and Kyle McClellan. We know that Albert Pujols is doing everything that he can, and he has really started to heat up, but this is a series that is ultimately going to end up going the way of the hosts. Free MLB Picks: Milwaukee Brewers
