On Sunday, there are a handful of games on the basketball television schedule that we have circled that should be good ones. Check out our NBA picks for Sunday!

NBA Matchup: New York Knicks @ Boston Celtics
Date: Sunday, March 4th, 1:00 ET
Location: TD Garden, Boston, MA
NBA Betting Odds: Boston -3
NBA TV Schedule: ABC

The Knicks and the Celtics are both trying to get into the Atlantic Division driver’s seat, but both still have a long way to go. New York hasn’t done much over the course of the second half of the season, just playing on game against Cleveland, but the C’s have beaten all three teams that they have run up against. New York has had a terrible history recently against Boston, especially here in Beantown, and we think that the hot Celtics are on their way to second place in the division with a ‘W’ to start off a busy Sunday of hoops.

NBA Pick: Boston -3

NBA Matchup: Miami Heat @ Los Angeles Lakers
Date: Sunday, March 4th, 3:30 ET
Location: Staples Center, Los Angeles, CA
NBA Betting Odds: Miami -2
NBA TV Schedule: ABC

The second half of the ABC double dip on Sunday pits LeBron and Kobe against each other once again. The media has been giving a lot of heat to James, who now not only gave up on the All-Star Game against Bryant, but now, he gave up the chance to take the game winning shot on Friday against Utah in a loss as well. LA has started to put some things together, and Bryant has looked like a man on a mission, though he has to do so in a mask now that Dwyane Wade broke his nose in the All-Star Game. The Heat might still be playing without Chris Bosh, who has already missed two straight games. Go with the Lakers and the points on Sunday for sure, as this is still a team that is 16-2 at home this year against a team that has been iffy at times on the road. The Heat aren’t indestructible.

NBA Pick: Los Angeles +2

NBA Matchup: Chicago Bulls @ Philadelphia 76ers
Date: Sunday, March 4th, 7:00 ET
Location: Wells Fargo Center, Philadelphia, PA
NBA Betting Odds: Chicago -4.5
NBA TV Schedule: ESPN

The Bulls are going to be out for revenge in this one. They were smashed by the Sixers in this building just a few weeks ago, but now, Luol Deng and Richard Hamilton are back in the lineup, and we know that Joakim Noah and Carlos Boozer aren’t going to be in as bad of shape as they were when these teams met before. Philly is playing over its head in our estimation, and we think that this is a great challenge for Chicago to pass. Remember that this team, not the Heat, have the best record in the league, and that’s for a reason

NBA Pick: Chicago -4.5

NBA Matchup: Denver Nuggets @ San Antonio Spurs
Date: Sunday, March 4th, 9:30 ET
Location: AT&T Center, San Antonio, TX
NBA Betting Odds: San Antonio -6.5
NBA TV Schedule: ESPN

The Spurs are one of the best home teams in the league, and we aren’t going to take anything away from them. They are a complete team and are very deep, just as the Nuggets are. Denver is playing tremendous basketball offensively right now, and that can’t be discounted either. The problem is that the Spurs are healthy, and Manu Ginobili is going to be back in the fold right now. The Nuggets just aren’t complete. Danilo Gallinari is still missing in the lineup, and Nene might be out for this one as well. Be sure to check your injury report before playing this one, but if those two are out, there is no way that we can avoid taking the Spurs, especially after losing to the Bulls earlier this week.

NBA Pick: San Antonio -6.5
