On Monday, there are a handful of games on the basketball television schedule that we have circled that should be good ones. Check out our NBA picks for Monday!

NBA Matchup: Los Angeles Clippers @ Memphis Grizzlies
Date: Monday, April 9th, 8:05 ET
Location: FedEx Forum, Memphis, TN
NBA Betting Odds: Memphis -4.5
NBA TV Schedule: Local TV

To say that the Grizzlies are hot right now is a bit of an understatement. They have knocked off seven out of nine and are 6-3 ATS in that stretch. They have beaten Oklahoma City and Miami on the road and took down Dallas at home two nights ago. That being said, we just don’t know if this is going to keep up. LA has won eight out of nine, and it has a road win against Dallas in there as well. The Clip Joint is for real, and we think that now that the team is back on its feet, it will find a way to at least keep this one very close right down to the wire.

NBA Pick: Los Angeles +4.5

NBA Matchup: Phoenix Suns @ Minnesota Timberwolves
Date: Monday, April 9th, 9:00 ET
Location: Target Center, Minneapolis, MN
NBA Betting Odds: Phoenix -2.5
NBA TV Schedule: ESPN2

The Timberwolves have finally fallen apart, as they have lost five in a row and are now out of the playoff picture in the Western Conference. That doesn’t mean that they don’t still have a heck of a lot of talent though, even with Ricky Rubio out for the rest of the season with a knee injury. Phoenix isn’t generally a very good road team. The Suns are coming off of that huge romp of the Lakers at home two nights ago, and that came on the heels of winning two out of three on the road both SU and ATS in a span of just four days. We think this is where Phoenix finally lets its guard down and gets caught.

NBA Pick: Minnesota +2.5
