The Badgers are hoping to prove that they have a team that can battle it out with the big boys, but we’re just not sure that they have the grit to be able to do just that. Wisconsin already went on the road once this year and was hammered by the Florida Gators by 18 points. Now, it has to take on another team that is going to push the tempo, a Creighton team that is scoring 85.0 points per game and is knocking down 57.0 percent of its shots from the floor. The scariest part about the Blue Jays this far on the campaign? Doug McDermott really hasn’t gotten going yet. McDermott is averaging playing just 24:30 per game on the year, and he has scored just 16.8 points per game. However, Creighton hasn’t really needed him for the distance yet, and we think that he is going to be in for a huge game. Austin Chapman and Grant Gibbs can both run the point and run it well, and these are going to be the men that really keep this offense going. Sin City should be a heck of a lot of fun for the Missouri Valley reps, as we think that Creighton runs away with a big time victory over the Badgers.

Creighton vs. Wisconsin Pick: Creighton Blue Jays
Creighton vs. Wisconsin Prediction: Creighton 75 – Wisconsin 65
