How often is Texas A&M really going to end up getting 40 points in a game out of G Elston Turner? That’s what it took to beat the Kentucky Wildcats over the weekend, and that’s why a lot of college basketball expert handicappers think that this is going to be an upset. We though, disagree wholeheartedly. The Aggies haven’t played anyone this year. Their RPI is 37 at the moment, and their SOS is just 0.5555. Remember that they were whipped by St. Louis and beaten at home by Southern. Instead, we prefer a battle-tested Florida team that has already won three out of four road games this year and crushed good teams like Wisconsin and Marquette. G Mike Rosario is back in the fold for this one, and that should help out a team that has a lot of nagging injuries to its bench players. In the end though, if all that the Gators had were their top four scorers (Rosario, G Kenny Boynton, F Erik Murphy, and F Patric Young), that would e good enough for us. They should take care of A&M in the second half.

Florida vs. Texas A&M Pick: Florida Gators -9.5
Florida vs. Texas A&M Prediction: Florida 72 – Texas A&M 62
