Marquette is almost very quietly ranked in the Top 25 in the land right now, and it is really playing pretty darn good basketball as we head into the month of February. Of course, the club was absolutely smacked down on the road at the Louisville Cardinals on Super Bowl Sunday, which didn’t help matters by any stretch of the imagination. The Golden Eagles beat up these Bulls by 13 points when the two met in Milwaukee, but this is a much different situation tonight playing in the Sunshine State. Here, South Florida has really played some great games, including beating the Georgetown Hoyas. The Bulls have stayed competitive for the most part over the course of their last several games, and we think that tonight is the night that they could be rewarded with an upset. Marquette has only played three road games this year in the Big East, two of which went to overtime, and just one of which was won. This is a tall order for sure on Wednesday for the Golden Eagles.

Marquette vs. South Florida Pick: South Florida Bulls +3.5
Marquette vs. South Florida Prediction: South Florida 62 – Marquette 58
