The Hurricanes are still spotless in the ACC this year, and they have yet to lose or fail to cover a game here at the Bank United Center this season either (10-0 SU, 8-0 ATS). This is one of the best ATS teams in America at 14-4 as well. However, we think that this is the game that is really going to be the nail in the team’s coffin. When these two squared off in Chapel Hill, the Tar Heels were a much younger, much less experienced team than they are now. The Canes were really able to slow down UNC and held it to just 59 points. Since then though, the Tar Heels have done a heck of a lot of running, and they are going to have the ability to do that once again in this one. Head Coach Roy Williams knows that this is the biggest three-game stretch of the season, and getting two of the three against Miami, Duke, and Virginia would probably ensure that the team is going dancing this year. We’re going to be getting some points for sure, and we think that this one has the stench of an upset waiting to happen.

North Carolina vs. Miami Pick: North Carolina Tar Heels +7.5
North Carolina vs. Miami Prediction: North Carolina 76 – Miami 70
