5DimesThe Kings have only played six home games all year long, and they have really played well in those games. They are now 4-0-1 at Staples Center since starting off the season with a resounding defeat at the hands of the Chicago Blackhawks, whom we really didn’t have a clue would ultimately be one of the best teams in the league this year. The Wings meanwhile, have struggled on the road, coming up with just two wins in seven games. LA has quietly scored at least three goals in four straight games, winning all four by at least two goals. G Jonathan Quick looks like his old self again, and the offense is doing enough to pick up victory after victory in games. Detroit is hot as well with 12 goals scored in its last two games, but we think that this is a team that still has a lot of growing to do to get back in the win column on the road in a tough venue like this. Roll with the Kings on Wednesday night, as the Stanley Cup champs seem to have gotten their mojo back for the time being, just in time for a brutal portion of the schedule to be here.

Red Wings vs. Kings Pick: Los Angeles Kings -152
Red Wings at Kings Score Prediction: Los Angeles 3 – Detroit 1
