St. John’s vs. Syracuse Live TV: ESPN

The Red Storm know that they are going to have to win a game like this one down the stretch to be able to get into the NCAA Tournament this year. There are two chances over the course of four days with this road test and the one at the Louisville Cardinals next week. Claiming one of these two would be massive. This is a talented team that has a ton of potential to get on a roll, and the only loss that the team has suffered since January 12th came at the hands of the Georgetown Hoyas on the road. The combo of G D’Angelo Harrison and F Jakarr Sampson is fantastic, and we fully expect that these two men are going to score at least 30 points between them on Sunday. The Orange are in good shape right now, but we just don’t know if it is going to be able to cover such a large number against a talented team like this one. Remember that the ‘Cuse had gone just 1-5 ATS in their previous six games before beating up the Notre Dame Fighting Irish on Monday. Syracuse will get the ‘W’ at home, but this is a game that will be covered by the Johnnies.

St. John’s vs. Syracuse Pick: St. John’s Red Storm +14.5
St. John’s vs. Syracuse Prediction: Syracuse 67 – St. John’s 60
