The Cavaliers ran into their first legit foe of the season last week, and they were just blown the heck out of the water by Georgia Tech in a game that was just never even remotely close. The fact of the matter is that this is a team that has some talent, but it doesn’t have the gusto to win the big time games all that often. This is as big time of a game as it is going to get. Last week, G-Tech outdid the Cavvies by 297 yards. Last year in a comparable game against Virginia Tech, the Hokies got them by 169 yards. It just isn’t going to cut it. Yes, the Horned Frogs are probably a tad worse this year than they were a few years ago when they went to Charlottesville and rocked UVA, but this is still a great team that should not be taken for granted. QB Casey Pachall and the gang should roll to a four-score win at home.

Virginia @ TCU Pick: TCU -18
Virginia @ TCU Score Prediction: TCU 35 – Virginia 10
