Week 2 NFL Picks: Washington Redskins @ St. Louis Rams
Date: Sunday, September 16th, 4:05 ET
Location: Edward Jones Dome, St. Louis, MO
NFL Betting Odds: Washington -3.5
Redskins vs. Rams On TV: FOX

The Rams are getting the real short end of the stick on this one. Yes, the Redskins won last week at the Superdome, but what we have to remember is that the Rams nearly won at Ford Field, and neither task is easy to do. QB Sam Bradford and his Rams have more of a pedigree than the Redskins do in recent years, though we do know that the Washington defense is clearly the better of these two units. Still, giving us a field goal with a home team, when these two teams are probably relatively comparable seems to be a good deal to us. Remember, we have only seen one game out of QB Robert Griffin III thus far, and we aren’t all that sure that he is going to have the same level of success this time around that he did against the Saints in Week 1. Even if he does win this, a second straight road game, we still have a field goal on our side. We do think that this is a mild upset, though.

Washington Redskins @ St. Louis Rams Pick: St. Louis Rams +3.5
Washington Redskins @ St. Louis Rams Score Prediction: St. Louis 20 – Washington 13
