Matchup: Fresno State Bulldogs @ Boise State Broncos
Date: Friday, November 19th, 9:30 ET
Location: Bronco Stadium, Boise, ID
Game Line: Boise State -30.5
Over/Under 65.5

Boise State will look to keep its BCS Title hopes alive on Friday night when it hosts perennial rival Fresno State for the last time in WAC play. The last time we saw the Broncos, they were delivering a 52-14 whooping to the Idaho Vandals last Friday night. Boise State jumped out to a 38-0 halftime lead and cruised the rest of the way to the victory. QB Kellen Moore completed 19 of 26 passes for 216 yards with three touchdowns on the day in limited action. RB Doug Martin had a huge day as well, carrying the ball 16 times for 117 yards with two touchdowns on the night. RB Jeremy Avery also contributed with a rushing and a receiving touchdown. If Boise State beats Fresno State, it will be their 24th consecutive win and 27th consecutive home victory. As for Fresno State, the Bulldogs suffered a tough 35-34 home loss at the hands of Nevada last Saturday night. RB Robbie Rouse had the best game of his collegiate career and simply carved up the porous Nevada defense. Rouse carried the ball 26 times for 217 yards and two touchdowns on the evening, and also caught a touchdown from QB Ryan Colburn. Colburn completed 16 of 26 passes for 194 yards and two touchdowns but failed to get the Bulldogs points on their last drive. Boise State has won and covered the last four meetings between these two teams.

Matchup: Ohio Bobcats @ Temple Owls
Date: Tuesday, November 16th, 8:00 ET
Location: Lincoln Financial Field, Philadelphia, PA
Game Line: Temple -7.5
Over/Under 44.5

The MAC East title is likely on the line Tuesday night when the 8-2 Temple Owls host the 7-3 Ohio Bobcats. HC Al Golden has brought respect back to a downtrodden program since becoming head coach at Temple. Last season, Temple went to its first bowl game in three decades and is poised to go to a bowl game for just the fourth time in their school’s history. 10 days ago, Temple cruised to a 28-10 win against Kent State thanks to QB Mike Gerardi’s performance. Gerardi started the season as the back-up to Chester Stewart but won the job with his performance against Bowling Green and has started the last three games. Against the Golden Flashes, Gerardi completed 21 of 29 passes for 368 yards with two touchdowns and two interceptions and was named MAC Offensive Player of the Week for his efforts. RB Bernard Pierce was somewhat contained on the ground though, carrying the ball 28 times for 84 yards and a touchdown. Two Thursdays ago, the Bobcats dominated Buffalo in all aspects of the game, almost doubling their yardage and doubling their score in a 34-17 win. QB Boo Jackson completed 13 of 19 passes for 175 yards with two touchdowns and an interception while also adding another 26 yards and a touchdown on the ground. WR Terrence McCrae had another nice day, catching four passes for 48 yards and two touchdowns. McCrae now has nine touchdown catches on just 26 receptions this year and is a huge threat anytime the Bobcats get in the red zone. The problem the Bobcats will have in this one is that Jackson is out of the lineup with an eye injury from a bar fight, and he probably will be out for the rest of the season. QB Philip Bates is going to be the man in charge, and he was the starting signal caller at the outset of the season. We still trust the 'Cats to cover, but the Owls will seize control of the conference.

Matchup: Georgia Bulldogs @ Auburn Tigers
Date: Saturday, November 13th, 3:30 ET
Location: Jordan Hare Stadium, Auburn, AL
Game Line: Auburn -7
Over/Under 62.5

Allegations around QB Cam Newton could really be hurting the college football betting lines in this one, as the Tigers continue to drop like a rock through the day on Friday. We just don't buy into the hype, though. At some point, we all have to realize that there is a reason that the Tigers are 10-0 this year, and a reason why they are considered such heavy favorites against a .500 Georgia team. The Bulldogs just aren't that great. Sure, QB Aaron Murray is going to be a star one day, but he isn't right now, and the only way he becomes a star is if WR AJ Green makes him one. Green is great and will surely get his yards and touches, but that doesn't mean that he can single handedly beat Auburn. There is just too much on the line for HC Gene Chizik, and we aren't buying the fact that the Tigers can't go 12-0 and that they can't figure out how to win the SEC or the National Championship. Newton is one of the best 2-3 players in the entire country, and as long as he is on the field and the NCAA doesn't put the boom down against him in this whole issue with "pay to play" at Auburn, the Tigers are certainly seven points better than the Bulldogs are on any field, especially their own.

Free College Football Picks: Auburn -7
Prediction: Auburn 41 – Georgia 24

Matchup: Penn State Nittany Lions @ Ohio State Buckeyes
Date: Saturday, November 13th, 3:30 ET
Location: Ohio Stadium, Columbus, OH
Game Line: Ohio State -18.5
Over/Under 49.5

The Buckeyes have gone a perfect 6-0 SU and ATS at home this year, and they really don't seem like they're going to get stopped any time in the near future. They have looked relatively flawless, short of that loss to the Wisconsin Badgers, yet the oddsmakers and the pollsters don't seem to be giving them the respect that they deserve. It appears as though the time really is not now for QB Robert Bolden, as he has been replaced by QB Matthew McGloin by HC Joe Paterno. McGloin has played well this year, throwing for 551 yards and seven TDs against just one pick in limited action. However, that limited action doesn't normally include going against a defense anywhere near as good as that of Ohio State. The Nittany Lions were spanked 24-3 on the road by both the Iowa Hawkeyes and the Alabama Crimson Tide this year, and there's no reason to think that a relatively similar score line won't be the end result on Saturday. Don't fall into the trap and assume that this is a lot of points to be giving a 6-3 Penn State team. The Buckeyes really are that good.

Free College Football Picks: Ohio State -18.5
Prediction: Ohio State 30 – Penn State 6

Matchup: Texas Tech Red Raiders @ Oklahoma Sooners
Date: Saturday, November 13th, 3:30 ET
Location: Memorial Stadium, Norman, OK
Game Line: Oklahoma -15
Over/Under 63.5

The Sooners have played down to the level of their competition all season long, and there's no reason to believe that that won't continue on Saturday. There is a major matchup issue here between the Oklahoma secondary, which is allowing over 230 yards per game in ranks in the 80s in the country, going against the Air Raid passing attack, which is always one of the best in the country. Normally, it has been talent at the corner position that has kept the Red Raiders at bay when these two teams meet, but now, we aren't so sure what's going to happen with the Sooners struggling so much. What isn't a question to us is that QB Landry Jones is going to get to the 3,000 yard barrier this week and that he is going to put points on the board. He probably needs to drop at least 40 to stop the Red Raiders at this kind of a college football line, though. Do you have confidence that he can do it and that Texas Tech isn't going to find a way to put 24 or so on the board? We sure don't. We'll take the points.

Free College Football Picks: Texas Tech +15
Prediction: Oklahoma 31 – Texas Tech 27

Matchup: Virginia Tech Hokies @ North Carolina Tar Heels
Date: Saturday, November 13th, 3:30 ET
Location: Kenan Memorial Stadium, Chapel Hill, NC
Game Line: North Carolina +3.5
Over/Under 51.5

We're really amazed that the Tar Heels have really been able to keep up this year with the rest of the ACC in spite of the fact that they have 23 men on scholarship that are either suspended on the injured list at the current moment. HC Butch Davis has done a yeoman's job putting North Carolina on the verge of the Top 25 and potentially within one or two steps of the ACC Championship Game if it can pull off the mild upset here on Saturday. Just one problem: Virginia Tech probably has one of the best ten teams in the country and certainly has the best team in the ACC. The Hokies have been on fire, winning nine straight and going 6-1 ATS since losing to the James Madison Dukes, and with QB Tyrod Taylor finally putting together a fantastic season, we have no reason to believe that the men in purple won't be able to come on the road and pull off a victory by more than a field goal. The Hokies have too much to lose to screw around here, and though the ACC Coastal will still be won if they win out after this game, it could be all over but the crying with a win. HC Frank Beamer won't miss this chance.

Free College Football Picks: Virginia Tech -3.5
Prediction: Virginia Tech 28 – North Carolina 20

Matchup: San Diego State Aztecs @ TCU Horned Frogs
Date: Saturday, November 13th, 4:00 ET
Location: Amon G. Carter Stadium, Fort Worth, TX
Game Line: TCU -27
Over/Under 53.5

Way to go Horned Frogs! TCU really has seized control of the BCS Championship picture, and though right now, it would be on the outside looking into the big game and playing in the Rose Bowl instead, we know that this is probably the biggest favorite of it, the Auburn Tigers, and Oregon Ducks to be in the desert for the National Championship Game. San Diego State really couldn't have asked for a better time to run into the Horned Frogs though, as they are coming off of that huge 47-7 win over the Utah Utes on the road. Just one problem: This is TCU's final home game of the season. Do you think that it really wants to leave Fort Worth with anything less than another incredibly dominating victory? Sure, the Aztecs have already played well at the Missouri Tigers this year, but this is a totally different challenge. This year at home, TCU has outscored its foes 221-27 in five games. Without a doubt, this has to be one of the most impressive statistics in the country. Even more impressive? The Horned Frogs are allowing just 8.5 PPG on the season. No way they win this one by less than four TDs.

Free College Football Picks: TCU -27
Prediction: TCU 45 – San Diego State 13

Here at Cappers Info, we are taking a weekly look at the teams that could be ones ripe to pull off some major upsets! Check out the potentially ugly dogs that could come up and bite you in the butt in you aren't careful for the Week 11 of college football betting action!

Underdog Pick #1: Fresno State Bulldogs (+260 at Diamond Sportsbook) vs. Nevada Wolf Pack, Saturday, 10:30 ET: The Bulldogs treated us well last week when they traveled cross country to Ruston and took down the Louisiana Tech Bulldogs, and we tend to think that they have a great chance of pulling off a real shocker this week at home against Nevada. For the Wolf Pack, this game really looks strangely familiar. They are in a position where they have to travel to a hostile environment against a good team that is vastly underrated, and they're coming off of a game in which they had a real offensive explosion. This is a dangerous, dangerous spot for a Top 25 team to be in. Fresno State never has fears about taking on anyone, so this game isn't going to sneak up on it. Perception is awfully high on Nevada right now due to the 844 yards it put on the board last week against the Idaho Vandals, and though we do believe that it should be favored, we recognize that the Bulldogs are winning this game at least one out of three times to make this well worth our investment.

Underdog Pick #2: Tulsa Golden Hurricane (+120 at Diamond Sportsbook) @ Houston Cougars, Saturday 8:00 ET: Tulsa is on a roll right now, having won three straight games and having covered six in a row. We have a hard time going against the Golden Hurricane, as we know they might have the best team in the West Division in Conference USA. This would be a huge 'W' for Tulsa as well, as it would put it in a position to win the conference if SMU happened to slip once more between now and the end of the year. QB GJ Kinne has his offense rolling right now to the tune of 494.7 yards and 40.1 points per game. The only problem that we run into here is that Houston is averaging 475.7 yards and 40.7 points per game and has really played well under QB David Piland. This is still a freshman quarterback in a test like he hasn't seen before. It's not that he's going to have a hard time scoring against the Golden Hurricane, but he is going to have to keep up shot for shot and cannot make mistakes. The Cougs are too bi-polar still. We'll take our chances on Tulsa pulling off the short upset.

Underdog Pick #3: UNLV Rebels (+180 at Diamond Sportsbook) vs. Wyoming Cowboys, Saturday, 10:00 ET: Our late game trio of dogs wraps up with a UNLV team that has to be hungry for a home win. Sin City hasn't been a great home for the Rebels this year, as they are only 1-3 there, with the lone win coming against lowly New Mexico. This is the last shot to win a contest here as well. Remember that the Rebs have been relatively feisty here, sticking inside some big numbers against the Wisconsin Badgers and Nevada Wolf Pack. We aren't so sure that Wyoming has enough offense to beat this type of a number, and we know that it isn't going to take all that much for UNLV to be able to win this game outright. A defense that has allowed at least 43 points in five straight games will finally get a breather, and that should be parlayed into a 'W' for the hosts in a mild upset fashion.

Matchup: Iowa Hawkeyes @ Northwestern Wildcats
Date: Saturday, November 13th, 12:00 ET
Location: Ryan Field, Evanston, IN
Game Line: Northwestern +10
Over/Under 50.5

The Wildcats really need another win just to make sure that there is no way that they could be left out of the bowl season this year, but this is going to be an incredibly difficult task. The four teams sitting atop the Big Ten all think that they are the one going to the Rose Bowl, and none of them can afford a slip. Iowa knows that this is a tricky spot with the Ohio State Buckeyes coming up in the near future, but it can't forget that this was the team that knocked it off last year to end its undefeated season. You can bet that QB Ricky Stanzi, who was hurt in that game, has a very, very long memory, and isn't going to be afraid to go after this 'D'. Still, the Wildcats are catching a ton of points in this game, and we aren't afraid to take them.

Free College Football Picks: Northwestern +10
Prediction: Iowa 27 – Northwestern 21

Matchup: Indiana Hoosiers @ Wisconsin Badgers
Date: Saturday, November 13th, 12:00 ET
Location: Camp Randall Stadium, Madison, WI
Game Line: Wisconsin -21.5
Over/Under 58

QB Scott Tolzien and company were really given more of a hassle than they should have been by the Purdue Boilermakers last week, and we have no doubt that this is really still just a case of a good team playing to the level of its opponents. The Badgers know that they can still win the National Championship this year, but it isn't going to come without some luck. They have to take care of business in this game. However, QB Ben Chappell has the ability to do some real damage with the Indiana offense, and though he isn't nearly going to be able to win this game in Camp Randall, we tend to think that the NCAA football odds are more focused on Wisconsin's ranking and less focused on the fact that these two teams really aren't three TDs apart from each other.

Free College Football Picks: Indiana +21.5
Prediction: Wisconsin 34 – Indiana 17

Matchup: Miami Hurricanes @ Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets
Date: Saturday, November 13th, 12:00 ET
Location: Bobby Dodd Stadium, Atlanta, GA
Game Line: Georgia Tech +3
Over/Under 49.5

Are we missing something here? We know that the Ramblin' Wreck really haven't had that great of a season, but this is slightly ridiculous to make them home dogs against a divisional rival not named the Virginia Tech Hokies. Without QB Josh Nesbitt, we get out first real look at QB Tevin Washington for G-Tech, and he is capable of doing the exact same thing that Nesbit is. If not for a special teams blunder, the Yellow Jackets might have won last week in Blacksburg, something that Miami probably won't be able to say. We admire the fact that QB Jacory Harris keeps finding ways to get back into the game and play for the Canes, but is he really ready to go after his concussion? With QB AJ Highsmith potentially on the shelf as well, Miami could be in a heck of a lot of trouble if this one gets physical. Remember that Miami hasn't won a game here in Atlanta since 2004, and that's going to make for one heck of a tussle on Saturday.

Free College Football Picks: Georgia Tech +3
Prediction: Georgia Tech 24 – Miami 17

Matchup: Mississippi Rebels @ Tennessee Volunteers
Date: Saturday, November 13th, 12:20 ET
Location: Neyland Stadium, Knoxville, TN
Game Line: Tennessee -2
Over/Under 55.5

It isn't really often that we care about two teams that are under .500 and quite possibly not going to bowl games, but this is the SEC, and this is about as big of a game as it gets at the bottom of any conference. The Rebels are getting their acts together and are two wins away from bowl eligibility, and this is a must win game if they hope to get the job done. Unfortunately for HC Houston Nutt and company, the Vols are virtually thinking the exact same thing. The Tennessee offense continues to do just enough to push games past the 'total', but there really haven't been any big home wins all season long. Here's a great opportunity to erase the memories of losses against teams like Oregon, Florida, and Alabama. Rocky Top will take one step closer to a bowl game this weekend.

Free College Football Picks: Tennessee -2.5
Prediction: Tennessee 38 – Ole Miss 27

Matchup: Kansas State Wildcats @ Missouri Tigers
Date: Saturday, November 13th, 12:30 ET
Location: Faurot Stadium, Columbia, MO
Game Line: Missouri -13
Over/Under 54.5

Last week, the Wildcats decided to employee the strategy of, "We aren't throwing the football under any circumstance," and it worked, as they destroyed the Texas Longhorns on the ground. QB Carson Coffman has to be wondering what he really did wrong to get benched, but he isn't as mobile as backup QB Collin Klein. If the intent is to just run the football to try to beat these Tigers though, that's not going to go all that well. It's not that Mizzou is a fantastic team against ground games, because it isn't (see: Roy Helu running for over 300 yards against it a few weeks back). If the Tigers take the lead though, something is going to have to change. Is Coffman going to be willing to come in off the bench cold and try to lead a comeback against a relentless team that just keeps finding ways to score? We think not. The Tigers get back on track and end this little two game skid with ease.

Free College Football Picks: Missouri -13
Prediction: Missouri 34 – Kansas State 16

Matchup: Utah Utes @ Notre Dame Fighting Irish
Date: Saturday, November 13th, 2:30 ET
Location: Notre Dame Stadium, South Bend, IN
Game Line: Notre Dame +5.5
Over/Under 54.5

The Golden Domers are ready to pack it in for the season, and we tend to believe, even off of a bye week, that that's exactly what's going to happen. HC Kyle Whittingham is one of the best in the biz at Utah, and he knows that his team can still make it to the BCS with some luck, but it can only do so by being impressive for the rest of the season. The Utes need to stay in the Top 14 to have a chance, and even if they don't go to the BCS, finishing in the Top 10 in the country would be a tremendous achievement. Without TE Kyle Rudolph, QB Dayne Crist, RB Armando Allen, and potentially even WR Theo Riddick, Notre Dame doesn't stand a chance to move the ball against this stout defense, though we do love what QB Tommy Rees did two weeks ago against the Tulsa Golden Hurricane. Still, if teams like Tulsa are coming into South Bend and winning, what is Utah going to do? Our guess is that it's certainly not going to be a thing of beauty for the hosts in their first ever tussle with the Utes.

Free College Football Picks: Utah -5.5
Prediction: Utah 38 – Notre Dame 13

Matchup: Ball State Cardinals @ Buffalo Bulls
Date: Friday, November 12th, 6:00 ET
Location: UB Stadium, Buffalo, NY
Game Line: Buffalo -3
Over/Under 47

MAC conference rivals square off Friday night in Buffalo when the 3-7 Ball State Cardinals take on the 2-7 Buffalo Bulls. The last time college football bettors saw Ball State, the Cardinals were playing one of the worst games of the year, a 37-30 double overtime win against 0-10 Akron in which the teams combined to commit eight turnovers on the afternoon. In the game, QB Keith Wenning completed 14 of 27 passes for 217 yards with three touchdowns and three interceptions, while RB MiQuale Lewis carried the ball for 72 yards. WR Jack Tomlinson was the star of the game for the Cardinals, hauling in seven passes for 175 yards and three touchdowns on the day. As for Buffalo, fans saw the Bulls in action in a mid-week game last Thursday, losing 34-17 to the Ohio Bobcats. Buffalo was soundly outplayed in this game, managing only 208 total yards of offense while giving up 386 yards. QB Alex Zordich had an awful game, managing to only complete 8 of 26 passes for 84 yards with a touchdown and two interceptions. Zordich also ran 20 times for 59 yards and a score, but no other running back could muster more than 32 yards on the Ohio defense.

Prediction: Ball State 24 Buffalo 20

Matchup: Boise State Broncos @ Idaho Vandals
Date: Friday, November 12th, 9:00 ET
Location: Kibbie Dome, Moscow, ID
Game Line: Boise State -34.5
Over/Under 63

The #3 Boise State Broncos look to keep their undefeated season and shot at a BCS Title alive when they travel to in-state rival Idaho to take on the 4-5 Vandals in Moscow this Friday night. Boise State has thoroughly dominated all WAC opponents this season, combining to outscore foes 198-27 in four games. Last week, Hawaii was the latest opponent to get steamrolled by the Broncos, with the Broncos racking up a 42-7 win to move themselves to 8-0 on the season. Boise State rolled up an eye-popping 737 yards of offense on the Warriors defense with Heisman candidate QB Kellen Moore accounting for most of the damage. Moore completed 30 of 37 passes for 507 yards for three touchdowns and threw two interceptions in the romp, with WRs Austin Pettis, Tyler Shoemaker, and Titus Young being the primary targets. As for Idaho, the Vandals defense must improve on their performance against Nevada if they have any prayer of knocking Boise State from the ranks of the unbeaten. The Vandals gave up an astounding 844 total yards of offense to the Wolfpack in their 63-17 defeat last Saturday. On offense, Idaho put up respectable numbers, accounting for 339 total yards, but four turnovers hurt the Vandals chances of hanging close with the Wolfpack. QB Nathan Enderle completed 15 of 34 passes for 224 yards and a touchdown in the loss, while the rushing attack could only muster 68 total yards.

Matchup: Pittsburgh Panthers @ Connecticut Huskies
Date: Thursday, November 11th, 7:30 ET
Location: Rentschler Field, Storrs, CT
Game Line: Pittsburgh -5.5
Over/Under 46.5

The 5-3 Pittsburgh Panthers will look to increase their Big East conference lead on Thursday night when they travel to Storrs to take on the 4-4 Connecticut Huskies. The last time college football bettors saw Pittsburgh, the Panthers cruised to a 20-3 over the Louisville Cardinals on the back of one of the best defenses in the country. The Panthers held the Cardinals to just 185 total yards of offense and forced two turnovers en route to the 17 point victory. QB Tino Sunseri was efficient in the win, completing 13 of 24 passes for 123 yards, while the RB duo of Dion Lewis and Ray Graham combined to carry the rock for 105 yards and two touchdowns. As for Connecticut, the Huskies scored a huge 16-13 overtime win against West Virginia two weeks ago to move them a little closer to bowl eligibility. The Huskies were the beneficiaries of four West Virginia turnovers and were able to hold the Mountaineers to just 13 points despite giving up over 400 yards of offense. RB Jordan Todman was effective on the ground, carrying the ball for 113 yards and a touchdown. QB Zach Frazer completed 18 of 29 passes for 166 yards in the winning effort.

Matchup: East Carolina Pirates @ UAB Blazers
Date: Thursday, November 11th, 8:00 ET
Location: Legion Field, Birmingham, AL
Game Line: UAB -2
Over/Under 67

Conference USA rivals face off on Thursday night when the 5-4 East Carolina Pirates travel to Birmingham to take on the 3-6 UAB Blazers. East Carolina could not have played a worse game defensively than they did last Saturday. The Pirates defense allowed Navy to put up a mind-boggling 76 points and gave up over 500 yards of rushing to the Midshipmen in their 76-35 loss. East Carolina was able to move the ball on offense pretty well, racking up 567 total yards on Navy, but four turnovers were simply too much for the Pirates to overcome. QB Dominique Davis had an amazing day against the Midshipmen defense, completing 43 of 65 passes for 413 yards and five touchdowns. His favorite target was WR Lance Lewis, who reeled in nine passes for 118 yards and two touchdowns. Meanwhile, the Blazers have struggled to find their way after losing QB Joe Webb to the NFL Draft this spring. QB Bryan Ellis hasn’t been terrible this season, completing 55.3% of his passes for 1910 yards with 14 touchdowns and 9 interceptions, but he hasn’t been able to match the production the Blazers saw under Webb last season. Last week, the Blazers put themselves on the brink of missing bowl season when they fell 31-17 to Marshall. In the loss, Ellis completed 20 of 44 passes for 235 yards with two touchdowns and an interception. RB Pat Shed struggled though, mustering only 45 yards on 16 carries. With the damage Navy did to ECU’s rushing defense last game, expect a healthy dose of Shed on the ground this game.

Matchup: Toledo Rockets @ Northern Illinois Huskies
Date: Tuesday, November 9th, 7:00 ET
Location: Huskie Stadium, Dekalb, Illinois
Game Line: Northern Illinois -11.5
Over/Under OTB

The MAC West champion will be decided for all intents and purposes Tuesday night when the 7-2 Northern Illinois Huskies take on the 6-3 Toledo Rockets. Both the Rockets and the Huskies are 5-0 in conference and both teams play sub-.500 teams in their last two games, so this game will virtually determine who will end up playing the MAC East winner on December 3rd at Ford Field in the MAC Title Game. Two Saturdays ago, Northern Illinois got a scare from a game Western Michigan team, but a Chandler Harnish touchdown pass to Willie Clark with four minutes to go was enough to give the Huskies a 28-21 win against the Broncos. Harnish had another solid game under center for Northern Illinois, completing 60% of his passes for 214 yards with two touchdowns and a pick while also running for 33 yards and a score. RB Chad Spann also contributed by carrying the ball 22 times for 146 yards and a touchdown on the day. Toledo had a much easier time in their last game, cruising to a 42-7 win over lowly Eastern Michigan. The win came at a big price for the Rockets though, as starting QB Austin Dantin will likely miss the rest of the season with a shoulder injury. True freshman QB Terrance Owens will get the start Tuesday night and showed some promise against the Eagles. Owens completed 10 of 15 passes for 234 yards and four touchdowns and completed three 50+ yard touchdowns in the victory.

Here at Cappers Info, we are taking a weekly look at the teams that could be ones ripe to pull off some major upsets! Check out the potentially ugly dogs that could come up and bite you in the butt in you aren't careful for the Week 10 of college football betting action!

Underdog Pick #1: Fresno State Bulldogs (+120 at Diamond Sportsbook) @ Louisiana Tech Bulldogs, Saturday, 4:00 ET: This isn't really the biggest upset in the world, but it's really high time for Fresno State to prove that it is better than your average WAC team in this Bulldog battle. La Tech's version of the Dawgs has played well this year at home of late, but we tend to think that this is too much respect for a team that really didn't kick it into gear until a few weeks ago. Fresno State hasn't covered a college football spread since September 18th, but this is its day. Head Coach Pat Hill never has a fear about going on the road and doing battle, and his Bulldogs have already done this type of a road trip once this year at the Mississippi Rebels. Fresno State is already 2-0 SU in WAC play on the road this year, and it knows that it needs to get to that coveted six win mark in a hurry with all of the big boys in this conference yet to go on the schedule. Expect QB Ryan Colburn to find a way to do just enough to get the Bulldogs out of Ruston with a 'W'.

Underdog Pick #2: Washington State Cougars (+450 at Diamond Sportsbook) vs. Cal Golden Bears, Saturday 4:00 ET: The Golden Bears are in a lot of trouble right now. They're not playing all that well, having gotten smacked in two of their last three games against the Oregon State Beavers and USC Trojans. The offense has struggled in those two games, and things aren't about to get any easier with QB Kevin Riley now stuck on the sidelines. Junior QB Brock Mansion saw his first playing time of the season last week, and now he's being asked to go on the road and win a conference game by more than two touchdowns? The Cougs haven't won a game in this series since 2002 and haven't had any sort of success in the Pac-10 of late. A 42-0 setback last week against the Arizona State Sun Devils was disappointing, but Wazzou really put forth solid efforts this year against the Arizona Wildcats and Oregon Ducks. Upset, anyone? If it's happening this year, this is probably the best chance for the Cougars.

Underdog Pick #3: Kansas Jayhawks (+270 at Diamond Sportsbook) vs. Colorado Buffaloes, Saturday, 2:00 ET: The Jayhawks have just been getting rolled over week in and week out, but we really didn't like the look that the Buffs had last week when they got throttled by the Oklahoma Sooners. Now, we know we're comparing apples to oranges in this one, as Rock Chalk is nowhere near like saying "Boomer Sooner," but the Jayhawks are bound to get back in the win column at some point, one would think. These two teams are surely going nowhere fast, and with the season essentially coming to a close, there seems to be a lot more optimism floating around in Lawrence than there is in Boulder. It's time for someone to finally put HC Dan Hawkins out of his misery. HC Turner Gill and his men just might be the best guys for the job this weekend. These are great odds to get on KU at home.

Matchup: Washington Huskies @ Oregon Ducks
Date: Saturday, November 6th, 3:30 ET
Location: Autzen Stadium, Eugene, OR
Game Line: Oregon -34.5
Over/Under 67.5

Simply put, without QB Jake Locker in the lineup, the Huskies don't even remotely have a chance of hanging around in this game. Locker is the heart and soul of this team, and he has basically accounted for all of the offense this year. Now, QB Keith White is going to thrown into the mix having thrown just nine passes in his entire career. The true frosh won't last against an Oregon offense that has dropped 42 or more points on everyone it has faced this year and is averaging over 575 yards per game. This could be a real showcase for RB LaMichael James, who is gunning for his third 200+ yard rushing game this year, a feat which could certainly be had against a defense that was just run over last week to the tune of 41 points against the Stanford Cardinal. All you'll be hearing atop the BCS rankings for another week is Quack! Quack!

Matchup: Alabama Crimson Tide @ LSU Tigers
Date: Saturday, November 6th, 3:30 ET
Location: Tiger Stadium, Baton Rouge, LA
Game Line: LSU +6.5
Over/Under 44

We've already talked quite a bit about this big time tussle in the Bayou, and we think that we have already made our point clear that we love the Bayou Bengals. This is a rough scheduling spot for the Tide even though they are off of their bye week, as it was also a bye for LSU. Giving two weeks for HC Les Miles to draw up more tricks seems to be a little unfair. The question is going to be whether the offense for LSU can really get enough going to keep the Alabama offense out of sync. If the Tide get this game into the high 20s, there is no chance for LSU to survive. However, we've seen the "Mad Hatter" pull off stranger things, and we think the Tigers are going to roar loudly on Saturday.

Matchup: Hawaii Warriors @ Boise State Broncos
Date: Saturday, November 6th, 3:30 ET
Location: Bronco Stadium, Boise, ID
Game Line: Boise State -21
Over/Under 66

One would think that the only hope the Warriors have in this one is to try to make it a shootout. Their defense just isn't good enough to compete with Boise State, and the Broncos have one of the most high octane offenses in the land as well. This isn't a test like that of the Virginia Tech Hokies earlier in the season. This is a legitimate home game against a long time rival, and it isn't an opportunity that Boise State figures to pass on in its showcase season. QB Bryant Moniz is going to be in for his biggest test of the season, even bigger than when the USC Trojans paid a visit to the Big Island. Hawaii has the longest ATS winning streak in the nation coming into this week at six games, but that all comes to a close as QB Kellen Moore and the gang put the Warriors down and move one step closer to the BCS.

Matchup: TCU Horned Frogs @ Utah Utes
Date: Saturday, November 6th, 3:30 ET
Location: Rice Eccles Stadium, Salt Lake City, UT
Game Line: Utah +4.5
Over/Under 51.5

Is this really the game of the year? The Horned Frogs know that the reward for winning this game on the road would probably be the coveted No. 2 ranking in the BCS next week, as they will probably hop over the Auburn Tigers, who are taking on an FCS opponent. TCU has a lot of great things going for it, including a defense that ranks No. 1 in the nation in three major statistical categories. HC Gary Patterson lives for games like this one, and he knows that QB Andy Dalton is the man that can get the job done by going on the road and taking care of the Utes. Don't think for one minute that the combination of QB Jordan Wynn, RB Eddie Wide, and RB Matt Asiata are just rolling over and dying, though. Rice Eccles Stadium is one of the more hellacious places to go play in the MWC. Here's the thing, though. Utah has struggled just a bit against some of the better teams on its schedule. Against better teams than that, the Horned Frogs just keep continuing to roll and really haven't had a close call this year. They might get challenged on Saturday afternoon, but when push really comes to shove, TCU is winning this game by two scores.

Matchup: North Carolina Tar Heels @ Florida State Seminoles
Date: Saturday, November 6th, 3:30 ET
Location: Bobby Bowden Field at Doak Campbell Stadium, Tallahassee, FL
Game Line: Florida State -10.5
Over/Under 49

If you really believe that the garnet and gold have the best team on their half of the ACC Atlantic Division, this is the game for you. Florida State is coming home for what should be an emotion tie just a week after getting beaten at the gun in a crushing defeat by the NC State Wolfpack at Carter Finley Stadium on national TV. QB Christian Ponder is going to want to make amends for fumbling on the final drive of the game that could've won it, and the defense is certainly going to want to make up for its three second half touchdowns allowed to the Wolfpack. The Noles haven't even given up that many points in a full game this year at home. North Carolina is a mess right now, and it was lucky to survive against lowly William & Mary last weekend. The Heels are well on their way to another disappointing defeat in the Sunshine State after getting blown away by the Miami Hurricanes two weeks ago.

Matchup: Northwestern Wildcats @ Penn State Nittany Lions
Date: Saturday, November 6th, 3:30 ET
Location: Beaver Stadium, University Park, PA
Game Line: Penn State -6
Over/Under 48

Don't be overly shocked if this turns out to be a fantastic game in Happy Valley. The Nittany Lions and Wildcats are both looking to improve their bowl positioning this year and they are both rock solid clubs. Northwestern has really slipped against the NCAA football odds of late, dropping five in a row. However, the Wildcats still have one of the most consistent dual threat quarterbacks in the Big Ten in QB Dan Persa, and he is figuring out on the job how he can win games in a very tough conference. The Nittany Lions are getting back QB Robert Bolden after his one week absence, and this is going to be one of the more difficult games for the youngster to deal with this year. It feels like every single season, Northwestern has this way of playing really, really tight games against Big Ten teams in games that maybe aren't of the utmost importance, and this sort of feels like one of those games. Fortunately, unlike last week against the Indiana Hoosiers, we don't have to pick a winner. We just need the Cats to stay close to stick in front of the number.

Matchup: Nebraska Cornhuskers @ Iowa State Cyclones
Date: Saturday, November 6th, 3:30 ET
Location: Jack Trice Stadium, Ames, IA
Game Line: Iowa State +17.5
Over/Under 57.5

Here's the million dollar question in this NCAA football betting affair: Which Iowa State team is going to show up? Is the one going to take the field that was absolutely blown to bits by both the Utah Utes and Oklahoma Sooners in back to back weeks, or will the ISU that went on the road and beat the Texas Longhorns and smashed both the Kansas Jayhawks and Texas Tech Red Raiders be on the gridiron? It's not totally inconceivable to think that the Cyclones could still win the Big XII North, but obviously, this is a must win game. The Huskers are probably in no mood to screw around after finally making themselves the only team in this conference that really controlled their own destiny last week when they beat the Missouri Tigers. Still, we know that RB Roy Helu isn't rushing for 300 yards again this week, and we aren't so sure how healthy QB Taylor Martinez really is. On top of that, this is a ton of points to be giving a home team in a conference tussle, especially one that has the caliber enough to go bowling this year.
